Safe community with 2bd/2ba/2car small garage attached. WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with pots & pan, kitchen utensils, toaster, waffle maker and blender. Home is in nice area of town near Sam's Club, about 10-15 min to the beach.
We offer weekly rates & Monthly rates. Private amenities include, 2 car garage, dishwasher, WiFi in side home, central A/C, private grill in garage, washer & dryer ready. Updated security rolling camera inside garage facing garage door/street for extra safety. There is 1 king size bed in the master. The 2nd bedroom has 3 twin size beds and can be put together and make a king size bed. The sofa bed in living room is a full size bed PLUS 1 Futon which allows for a Total of 8 young or old to stay in our home Home and enjoy your vacation.

Overall great experience. Check in and out went smooth. Very prompt and friendly people who gave us the keys/garage door opener. Easy to get access. Loved that it had a garage, neighborhood seemed kind of sketch but the garage helped with security. Condo was clean and decorated well. Had all the necessities we were looking for. The mattress in the master bedroom was pretty rough to sleep on. Springs were uncomfortable and very loud. The master bedroom didn’t get as cool as the rest of the condo, definitely could benefit from a portable AC unit. Pool access wasn’t in the deal, which was a bummer so just know that up front. No pool included in your stay. Enjoyed our stay overall!

The property itself was very nice and comfortable. The garage was tiny and my 7 passenger vehicle had to be angled to barely fit and street parking is not an option. Getting the address from the owner was like pulling teeth. Check in and check out had to be done with the housekeeper who doesn't speak English and does not respond to text messages.

Our 4pm check in ended up being 630pm. We were riding motorcycles and they took us down a sand road when they could have taken a different route. Not really a gated community, and it appears deserted. The amenities and grounds were run down and not taken care of either. We made the best of our stay, but I would not recommend this place at all.

Great little place

The property was well described location (not at the beach) was great in location to all the places in Rocky Point you wish to visit with in a 20 minute or less trip. The property was very nice and comfortable. Ran in to an issue with the water pump breaking and a little difficulty in communication but the owner did her best to make up for it and I would recommend staying at this property.

The property is on the budget friendly side of course thats probably why you clicked on it. But you get what you pay for stayed 3days here. When we arrived had to wait for someone to meet us with keys at sams club. Then when we arrived there was a very foul smell in garage then we walked in and it was even worse. I mentioned it to the owner and come to find out the the valves on the stove were open so gas was coming out. He apologized and asked us to open windows and doors immediately of course thats it. Then the main bedroom bed was so uncomfortable it is literally springs that you are laying on. The house looks nice inside but these factors are whats giving it a my low rating.

Getting the keys they should do something a little different you got to meet someone at Sam’s Club and we waited over an hour! They do need more towels there was only three towels the hot water took a while to get warm! The house is decorated very nice! Make sure you have a compact car or it will not fit in the garage you have to park at a Angle in garage.

Beds are terrible , 3 towels , no salt no sugar -nothing. Check out process is you have to wait for the cleaning staff to walk though basic house to make sure nothing is stollen . Not sure what is there to Take . Its cheap but you get what you pay for . Make sure car is good -road is terrible to get there . Not sure who left good reviews must be there friends .

Nice stay

Rosa was quick to respond to show the place and handout the keys. Comfy home with one big room and another with beds. Not a gated community and the street is a rough dirt road but pretty close to a nice one. Overall I slept good and was comfortable at the house. Garage is nice and Kilos Tacos are a stone throw away.

Great location

The property was cleaned and in order Beautiful space. Convenient to local businesses. 2 miles from beach. I enjoyed my stay and would return again. The host was helpful and courteous. Get what you pay for!

We came down for 2 days (dentist appt) just my husband and I; our time is extremely limited. In order to check in we had to meet the maid to get the keys : before we even left it was asked “exactly what time will you arrive at sams club” it was so stressful bc I didn’t know. So many variables and it became so stressful! When we crossed the border I texted her 6pm however we made good time so I texted her 30 min ahead of time and said 5:45. We ended up getting there at 5:30, watched 2 drug deals, felt like a sitting duck (having to pee) 5:45 came and went and 5:52 she finally arrived. We followed her to the condo, TERRIBLE neighborhood, 1 mile all sand and holes road! Chances are need a new alignment! The garage was so small, but we have a Hyundai Tucson so we parked on an angle and we were able to get in! Thank God bc it was a terrible neighborhood! The condo was clean, the channels were all Spanish , Netflix Roku and you tube. We switched the settings to English and it was still Spanish! Garage is filled will SO many cameras ; obviously crime or to keep an eye on you! Coming in from the garage 4 huge steps so if you have health issues like I do that’s a problem....if I knew I had to do steps up I wouldn’t have rented bc I have a bad back. When we saw beach towels we were excited bc we forgot them; little did we know those were the only towels! No face clothes, 1 hand towel! The king size bedroom didn’t have a hair drier HOWEVER the other bathroom did attached to the wall so I had to go there to dry my hair. The courtyard .....looked like a prison; no way to get out. The pool was roped off however at 8pm it turned into a local party until 3am! Music kids screaming locals ! Checking out on Saturday the manager again wanted to know “exactly” what time can we meet the housekeeper as they only have one set of keys. Another inconvenience; “before 11” is enough but we got in our car 10 min early and again had to wait for her. (Luckily 1 minute but I was dreading it). The price was right, bed ok, keurig didn’t work, however bigger coffee pot did! They did get a full length mirror. Personally “I” would never stay here again even if it was free!
