Located right off Freemont, less than a mile from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops and a short drive to El Malecón. Come enjoy something a bit different and quiet!

Offering new construction, this is a private condo waiting to embrace your need for q nice quiet and relaxing visit to Rocky Point.



We live in town and are able to help when necessary. We are always a phone call text away as well.



Caracoles is just off Fremont Street right near El Mirador. A short drive to the beach, Manny`s, Pitaya and more. This peaceful setting offers a different feel of Rocky Point far from the ATV`s and fireworks of Sandy Beach.
