Kitchen well stocked and condo very clean. Notes regarding refrigerator instructions clean but in accurate. The fridge/ freezer was not cold enough to keep milk or freeze pop cycles.

Great place - Great service!

Excellent place to stay in Puerto Penasco! The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and the entire team of people we worked with were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. C-802 is a 10 out of 10 and we'll certainly be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Bella Sirena, but this unit has extremely limited kitchen supplies. They need more cookware, glasses, plates, can openers, etc. VERY basic and very picked over. Also needs more towels. We had an issue wiht the AC and te management company was on it and had it resolved immediately. This unit could be great if they refreshed the kitchen supplies and provided more towels. Could use an extra chair or two in the lviing area as well.

Very Disappointing

Property manager didn't get us code for door and it was very hard to get it. Unit was tired and older decor. Could tell it hadn't had a good clean in a while (dirty vents, platforms to beds, windows, etc.). We only had two big towels for four of us. They said they'd bring up around 9 - they came after we left at 11. Hot water heater didn't work first night and had to figure out there was a switch that needed to be turned on. You can tell it is never ower occupied. Our 4th time at the Bella and won't be staying at this unit again.
