First problem was more or less my fault, if you stay here you do not get the keys or check in at the property but only way to know this is if you hit “check in requirements” through the app, and if you do not speak Spanish the address they provide will be very hard to find.
Secondly, it said 2 rooms 4 QUEEN BEDS total and one PULL OUT. When we finally found the right place to check in he said the room had only TWO queen beds and no pull out.. I booked the room because it said it slept TEN. Thankfully there were only six of us but still very problematic. Casago was able to find us a room with 2 beds and a pull out to sleep everyone at a different resort. When we get to the resort the gentleman at the front desk said the room had no pull out and only 2 beds... back to square one. I said call the gentleman at Casago he assured me there was a pull out as there are 6 of us.. he called the gentleman at casago and told me he said he never told me there was a pull out... not sure why he would lie to me or why I would choose to switch resorts just to be back at square one and not have enough beds.. terrible experience do not book this room!!
