Welcome to Cordoba1501! (Professional photos coming soon) You will love that you are on the quiet penthouse level, so there are only two other condos on the floor. Cordoba sits on the beach, allowing you to step out of the building and have direct access to the beach and pools.
This spacious floor plan features large rooms and beautiful alder doors and cabinets throughout. The kitchen provides with all new appliances and furnishings along with a large island for entertaining. The four bedrooms have new king size beds, three of which are private suites. The 4th king bedroom has a private door leading to the main bath. New Queen sofa sleeper.
Large smart tv's throughout. 76" TV in living room, 55" in all bedrooms and in kitchen for sports fanatics.
Bathrooms and showers are all spacious with beautiful travertine, and hairdryers in all. All bedrooms exit to a patio with furnishings for morning coffee, cocktails, and views. Your master bedroom has its own private patio.

Great condo!

We were doing a girl’s trip. It was wonderful to find a unit with four adult bedrooms instead of a bunk bed room! This unit is big and airy with a great balcony and just the right amount of furniture throughout. The kitchen was well equipped. And the helpful hints that Lyn shared prior to the trip made group planning easy. We will definitely consider this unit next time we have a group gathering. Thanks Lyn for sharing your place!
