Upscale but not luxury

Have stayed many times in Rocky point and this is still a work in process. It took well over an hour just to get the water turned on. Decor was sub par for luxury. If you plan on cooking you will need to bring frying pans and spatula that are not from the dollar stores. Location was great and very peaceful without the volume of people found at most of the resorts.
