Aventura es un condominio frente al mar recientemente remodelado que cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños - el dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial y baño, la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen, entrada privada y baño privado. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una cafetera, licuadora, microondas y tostadora. El salón tiene un tamaño queen sofá cama y una chimenea (traer madera o incendios registros propios). Otras comodidades incluyen Internet WiFi y servicio de Vonage teléfono, el centro de A / C, TV vía satélite, barbacoa de carbón orden interna, un patio frente a la playa con muebles y garaje para dos coches. Great place! Very clean and great location. Beach at your backdoor. However, since it was our first time here, it was very hard to get the keys and find the place. Loved it was pet friendly!!

The rooms were perfect. Clean and very spacious. The beach is right out the door. Very pet friendly. Enjoyed nights on the porch. Plenty of room in the garage. Felt very safe and secure.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Beachfront and the views from the sunrise to sunset are amazing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not newly remodeled as in dicated on the website. If you enjoy family time in the evening this is not for you. Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.
