Come visit our newly renovated beautiful Las Conchas Home, with 2 King suites, 1 King bed, and 1 California King bed. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, 2 family room areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 patio areas one off the kitchen with a grill, and our beautiful rooftop deck with ocean views. Both suites have TVs as well as both family room areas, and fast fiber optic internet.
For your use we have a beach wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, corn hole, noodles, layout pads, to name a few. Come enjoy!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fantastic Getaway just a Block & 1/2 from the Beach!

A serene and quiet stay just steps from the Gulf of California. The house was clean, well maintained and amenities were very well thought-out for guests. Everything from morning coffee & creamer and shower toiletries to beach umbrellas and pails for shell collecting were provided. Extra touches - like a throw blanket in the living room for a chilly evening and cans of OFF for the crazy mosquitos were also graciously provided. The house is spacious, the wifi was very good and pet friendly was a plus - my service dog enjoyed his stay too! Lura, our host, was easy to get a hold of and quickly responded to questions. I've stayed at several STR's in Las Conchas and Lura's attention to detail has been the best by far. The house & host are an A+

Beach stay in Puerto Penasco

The host of this home was so kind and thoughtful. We celebrated my husbands birthday and the host left 2 fancy cakes in the fridge for us as well as some fresh tortillas. The house was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our long weekend in Rocky Point. Loved it!

The best!

Very impressed! We've stayed at lots of rentals, and this was by far the best. Lots of little extras that shows the owner cares. Fully stocked kitchen with K-cups, creamers in fridge, spices & oils - so nice not to have to buy basics. Best water pressure we've had in RP. Internet is super fast - 150 MB at least. Comfortable furniture, clean, and lots of space. Great rental for long term stays.

Phenomenal rental, perfect for a family. Very close proximity to the beach and since we went in june we had the beach to ourselves. They have excellent beach toys and chairs for you to use so you wont need to bring any. We will be renting here again for sure.
