Amazing experience

This condo is clean and beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. This was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at for Las Palomas. The host was very responsive and friendly. We’d love to stay again.

Outsourced Property Management

The property itself was beautiful, and the owner’s communication was great. However, the management of the property is outsourced, which made the check-in process more of a hassle than expected. Instead of heading straight to the resort, we had to stop in town at a property management office first, which was inconvenient.During our stay, a cleaner came every three days, but all they did was take out the trash and make the bed—not exactly a thorough cleaning service. The real disappointment came after we left. We took great care of the condo, only to be hit with a surprise 181 charge. When I called for clarification, I was told it was because some hand towels had makeup on them and the beach towels had something yellow on them (which was just ice cream). These are white towels—issues that could have easily been fixed with bleach and a proper wash. Instead of addressing the situation reasonably, they told me to take it up with my bank.For reference, replacing all the towels they claimed were “damaged” would cost maybe 30, making the charge completely unjustified. Overall, while the property was nice, the management process and unfair fees were enough to ensure I won’t rent from this company again. Disappointing experience.

Perfect view, close to the elevator, perfect size for 3-4 people. Very clean. Decorated nicely.

Stayed for 3 nights and the only complaint was the AC was not turned on before arrival (not that big of a deal since it wasn’t too hot out), the cleaners and owner failed to mention the hot water heater needed to be turned on, but that was easily fixed and hot showers were had within 24 hours of switching it back on. Communication was too tier, very quick responses, easy to get ahold of, and quick and prompt advice on all questions. Definitely recommend to any and all future tenants.

Great Stay!

The property itself is quite large and offers lots of amenities. The condo was clean and very nicely appointed. The hosts were very informative and helpful. It was our first visit to Rocky Point and the hosts restaurant recommendations really helped us find great food. Overall a very nice stay!

Fun stay

Las Palomas is the best place to stay on Sandy Beach. Everything worked in this unit, and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the balcony too. Tip: When going down to the beach or pool, take elevator to S1 and walk out that way. Be sure that the l.r. tv connects to wifi for Netflix or Prime. We and staff couldn't fix it, but these good owners will make it happen.

We ended up having to stay in a room way less nicer then what we paid for. No air conditioner for the first 24 hours and the bed was terrible. We got totally ripped off for what we were supposed to get and paid for!

Hadnt been before- didnt expect such a sterile environment! Lovely staff & food & clubs & resort! So impressed!!! Felt safe with 4 18 year olds girls & me! Even changos was on the resort road & wrecked st the wreath. I would NOT take the tacis in resort/changos club. They were maniac drivers & untrustworthy. Pick up your kids We will return!😊👍🏼.
