First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. The hotel and especially the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Our room was spacious and boasted a stunning view of the sea and the seafront - at the same time the bathroom had very old, rusty fixtures; we also had problems with the air conditioning as it was almost impossible to lower the room temperature. In addition, we had to ask the hotel staff to send someone up to clean the room soon after we checked in as we were not happy with how we found the room. On the positive side, some rooms (like ours) offer a stunning view of the sea where you can also enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Also, breakfast was pretty good (compared to other hotels we stayed in during our in Argentina). In general, it feels like this is an old hotel that struggled to maintain high level of quality and needs refurbishing/renovation.

Recientemente me hospedé en este hotel y tuve una experiencia realmente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: el personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual hizo que me sintiera muy bien atendido durante toda la estadía. La ubicación es otro punto destacado; está cerca de todo lo que necesitas, con restaurantes, tiendas y atractivos turísticos a poca distancia. El hotel en general tiene una atmósfera muy agradable y moderna, ideal para una escapada relajante. Sin embargo, la única pequeña desventaja fue la piscina. En las fotos del sitio web me imaginé un espacio más grande y diseñado para adultos, pero en realidad es bastante pequeña y parece estar más orientada a los niños, con un diseño que no invita mucho al descanso para los adultos. Aunque no fue un gran inconveniente para mí, si tu objetivo es disfrutar de un área de piscina más amplia o tranquila, es algo a considerar. A pesar de esto, mi experiencia fue muy positiva, y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel por su excelente servicio, ubicación y confort.
