Nice location, in reasonably good condition. No shampoo provided. Room power including AC goes off when you leave the room and take the key. Would not be a big deal, except it gets very hot and stuffy in the room while you're gone, and it takes at least 20-30 minutes for the room to cool down once you return. Also, no in-room safe.

There are better options

Relatively newly remodeled hotel but you can tell already that maintenance is not a huge priority for them. Lack of a safe in the room was a definite minus. Very poor wifi coverage which even in the common area was extremely slow.

Ok Hotel

Family run hotel. Every one except the lady @ the computer @ the check in counter is friendly. The manager was awesome making sure everything was good. No Foxnews! No wifi in the rooms. Need more routers. Room is clean with good aircon and water pressure.Nice big pool. Breakfast isn't all that great. Price is a bit high but I'll stay here again.

Nice apartment, everything provided, nice pool usually empty. If you want water sports and sand beach, rent motorbike and go WhiteBeach nearby.

Nice Hotel close to the beach

When I first checked in the hotel the room was very hot with the AC running. Staff said there was a problem with the electricity. The first 2 days the generator below the standard room was constantly running. By the third day the electricity was back to normal with the generator shut off. The room was nice and cool with the AC on full blast. The hotel has a big nice pool. Scared me when I was walking back to hotel room from the pool to get a cold beer seeing a snake on the side walk. The staff said not worry cause the head was chopped off. Like a chicken head chopped off but still moving. Apparently the snake fell from a mango tree. Prices at the hotel store are high. A san mig lt will cost you P62 compared to P40 at the grocery store near the bars.

I booked a room for 2 and paid extra for another person so that's 3 adults in total using Hotels.com and in their record they are telling me that I booked through Expedia. When I checked into the hotel, they told me that they are strictly only 2 person per room policy and I could not get my refund for the extra person that I already paid for in advance.

No Wifi in Rooms and very noisy place

Much construction, noise, dirty pool, practicing divers in scuba gear allowed in pool, low quality breakfast and terrible pizza with really bad bread like crust. Housekeeping very poor cleaning. Nice manager and very helpful staff and low price do make it a possible option and they are very busy so it is not all bad. You get what you pay for

Do not book online

The place is under construction and they will put you in a room close to it if you book online. Dont do it. They moved me to a new room but it was not what I payed for. Ended up paying for deluxe and got standard room.

OK connected room across from pool. Downside: No chair in room, or even a light by the bed to read! Nice pool, family oriented hotel with children. Really not a beach, but a tidal flat. Access to some great diving. The bungalows in the back of the property are well worth a try, much more room. Maybe a chair and lamp???
