Valitettavasti arvioni ei ole kyseisestä asunnosta, koska jouduimme naapurissa tehtävien korjaustöiden takia vaihtamaan se toiseen. Lisäksi heti lomamme alussa astui voimaan Corona-viiruksen aiheuttamat liikkumisrajoitukset, joka muutti lomamme lopullisesti. Arvioni koskeekin vuokraisäntäämme Thomasta, joka teki kaikkensa, jotta olomme olisi vaikeista olosuhteista huolimatta mahdollisimman hyvä. Olisimme olleet todella pulassa ilman Thomaksen apua ja emmekä olisi päässeet kotiin omin voimin. Eli jos etsitte luotettavaa ja avuliasta vuokraisäntää Puerto de la Cruzissa tässä on yksi. Hänellä on myös useita asuntoja joten valinnanvaraa riittää myös sen osalta Kiitos Thomas kaikesta ja terveisiä myös Isabelille Parhain terveisin Maritta ja Kari Unfortunately, my review is not for the apartment in question because we had to replace it because of repairs in the neighbour apartment. In addition, the movement restrictions caused by the Corona virus came into effect right at the start of our vacation, which changed our holiday once and for all. That’s why our estimation is with our landlord, Thomas, who did everything possible to make sure we were as good as possible despite the difficult conditions. We would have been really in trouble without the help of Thomas and we would not have been able to get home on our own. So if you are looking for a reliable and helpful landlord in Puerto de la Cruz, here is one. Guter, geheizter Pool, gute Lage

Corona Virus

Leider konnten wir wegen Corona Virus den Urlaub nicht antreten Aber die Kommunikation mit Thomas war hervorragend und die Abwicklung der Stornierung war korrekt. insgesamt gut, kleinere Mängel

Leider gab es kein WLAN, obwohl es ausgewiesen wurde. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze neben dem Einbauschrank ist teilweise defekt. Man kippt herunter. Ansonsten ist alles sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Urlaub der bleibt.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und genossen die kurzen Wege zum "Brötchen holen" und zum Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Der Balkon mit Blick auf Teide und Atlantik sowie Sicht auf die abendlichen Feuerwerke lud immer wieder zum Relaxen ein. Waren fußläufig in 10 min. im Zentrum und in guten Restaurants. Einige Restaurant-Tipps aus dem Ordner in der Wohnung haben wir ausprobiert und sind mehrmals dort eingekehrt. Nochmals vielen Dank an unsere freundlichen Vermieter.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr gut gelegen und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist auch wirklich schön und insgesamt ist es trotz zentraler lage wirklich ruhig.

Appartement ließ keine Wünsche offen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach verspätetem Flug kam schon die telefonische Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei. An der Wohnung angekommen, wurden wir von Carmen direkt in Empfang genommen. Sie hat alles gezeigt und erklärt und hatte gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. Die Wohnung selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Waschmaschine, Regendusche, großer TV, Pool auf dem Innenhof, Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Und beim Frühstück ist das schon wieder vergessen. Im Zentrum ist man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus . Daher ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr gemütlich! Lage und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Auf Grund der Lage und den Fotos haben wir uns für das Appartement entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war herzlich und angenehm.

Erholung, klasse Ausblick, einfach schön

Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Von Thomas wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem Komfort und Inventar ausgestattet um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste. Toll war auch der Begrüßungskorb mit allem was man für das erste Frühstück braucht. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Der Urlaub war viel zu kurz um die Insel kennenzulernen. Deshalb werden wir bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen

Schönes,helles,geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Apartment mit grosser sonniger Terrasse

Wohnung ist die Beste die wir je angemietet haben.Es ist alles vorhanden um sich wohlzufühlen. Besonders gut sind die Matratzen und die ebenerdige Dusche. Thomas ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamen Urlaub. Kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

Ruhiges Feriendomizil mit Aussicht

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns gerade zu einem zweiten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung entschlossen. Das sagt wohl alles! Super grosse sonnige Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, über das Erwartbare weit hinaus. Der Blick auf das Meer ist herrlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu auch die große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter-Familie beitrug. Der Ort ist nicht von Touristen überflutet und ideal als Ausgangsort für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Also: siehe Überschrift! Gabi und Hans aus Berlin

Traumhaft!

Kann es sein, dass diese Bilder der Wahrheit entsprechen? Und ob! Die Ferienwohnung hat das gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sofort und immer wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gepflegt. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hatte jederzeit ein Ohr für uns und hat uns und unsere Fragen von der ersten Email an sehr kompetent und herzlich betreut. Unser Wunsch ist es, so schnell wie möglich wieder in diese tolle Wohnung in den Urlaub zu fahren! Es war so fantastisch!!!
