Two bedrooms, one master with double bed and another secondary with two single beds, living room with sofa bed, furnished balcony-terrace with views, equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Прекрасно для выходных

Чистая квартира, все достаточно удобно, есть необходимый минимум бытовых приборов и посуды. (Правда, перед нашим заездом кто-то утащил электрический чайник:)) Вид из окна гостиной просто сказка- можно часами смотреть. Есть симпатичный балкончик, с него интересно наблюдать за кипящей жизнью. А кипит она в этом районе аж до утра)) Рядом небольшой пляж, чуть дальше (минут 15 пешком) в обе стороны - еще два больших пляжа. Полно кафе, ресторанов, супермаркет, магазинчики. В общем, не заскучаете. Для семьи из 4 человек апартаменты подходят идеально. И еще неподалеку на Calle de la verdad случайно нашли малюсенький и милый ресторанчик Casa Pacha с очень вкусной едой.

Schöne hellhörige Wohnung absolut zentral gelegen mit sehr guter kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit

Das gesamte Haus macht einen guten Eindruck. Ein paar kleinere Ecken im Hausflur aber nichts erwähnenswertes. Ein Fahrstuhl um die Einkäufe in die Wohnung zu bekommen, top. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Durch den guten Kontakt zum Vermieter konnten Kleinigkeiten schnell gelöst werden. Die Wohnung ist hell und groß. WLAN ist gut. Waschmaschine gab es. Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine. Eine komplette Küche halt. Betten waren bequem. Couch war okay zum schlafen. Wir waren zu viert für einen Männerurlaub (35-38 Jahre) auf der Insel. Für uns war die Lage optimal. 100m zur Mauer ans Wasser. 100m zum Marktplatz. 500m zum Strand. Im Umkreis von 250m gab es alles was man zum leben und spaß haben braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Bars und Zugang zum Meer. Strand ist aber schöner. Im Haus ist es ruhig aber es ist wegen der Holzfenster wirklich sehr hellhörig. Die Bar hat bis auf 1-2 Ruhetage immer quatschende, brüllende Gäste von nachmittags bis abends vor der Tür. Morgens beginnt der Zulieferverkehr früh. Straßenreinigung, Gehwegreinigung ect. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, für den ist die Zentrale Lage eh nicht das Richtige. Für uns war es genau das, was wir erwartet hatten. Uns fehlte es in der Wohnung an nichts. Die Vermieter sind toll und sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist absolut super gelegen mit Meerblick und riesigem kostenlosen Parkplatz 50-100m entfernt. Wir hatten Appartment Nr. 8

Hübsche Wohnung aber sehr laute Nachbarschaft

Als wir in der Wohnung ankamen, fehlte ua Teller und Besteck. Dieses wurde aber sehr schnell gebracht. Da in der Nachbarschaft Bars sind, die bis spät in der Nacht aufhaben, ist es nachts immer sehr laut gewesen. Fenster könnten wir in der zweckmäßig eingeräumten Wohnung tagsüber und nachts nicht auflassen. Nach schlaflosen Nächten hatten wir teilweise noch Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratzen dünn sind und kein Lattenrost den Komfort verbesserte. Eine Kakerlake hatten wir auch in der Wohnung und kleine Krabbeltiere, die uns nötigte, Geschirr und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank aufzubewahren. Es waren einfach zu viele kleine Tiere. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Erst nach 1 bis 2 Tagen bekamen wir Antwort. Für Leute, die nicht lärmempfindlich sind, liegt diese Wohnung super und ist sauber. Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal.
