A two-storey duplex, with garden boxes outside and a large terrace from which you can see the ocean on the horizon and the Orotava valley.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, a large living-dining room with access to the terrace through a large window and there is also a toilet. 
The spacious kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob for cooking, coffee machine, cupboards and furniture to organize all the necessary kitchenware and a table to have breakfast or a meal. 
At the entrance to the living room there is a small hall where you can leave your keys. There is a dining table with chairs and a TV cabinet. There is a sofa couch in L-form.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The bedrooms contain TVs, double beds and wardrobes for proper storage of your personal belongings. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.
The main bathroom contains a bathtub with a telephone-type shower, toilet and a double sink. There is also a wardrobe for storing personal and hygienic items.
The access is made with a security key.
Small pets are accepted as long as they are polite, quiet and clean. Any damage or damage caused by the pet will be the full responsibility of the guest.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with ample outdoor public parking space. It has a large private garage with capacity of two vehicles. But because of its location it is necessary or highly recommended to have your own or rented vehicle to move freely to anywhere you want to go like restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, etc. The nearest bus stop La Montaña is only a few steps away.
