Puerto Ayora Vacation Packages

We had either minimal water and/or no hot water at all and on the one day with no hot water the front office was closed Towels were old and had to ask for new one. Bathroom lighting was one dim light and a very small mirror Area is super noisy do to club across the street Breakfast took over an hour to get and coffee was cold and weak Complained to who we booked thru and they tried to reach the hotel and got no response

Hotel is conveniently located close to the harbor where many tours disembark, but still close enough to town to be easily walkable. The beach behind the property is gorgeous and somewhat secluded. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and were able to accommodate our super early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially spacious! Water temperature in the shower was nice and warm, but the pressure was a bit low, which can be expected. The balcony with hammock made for a wonderful setting and view each evening. We ate dinner multiple times at the hotel due to convenience, and the food was very good! We had Tapas during Sunset one night, which was a fun experience as well. The breakfast is delicious and filling enough for a day of adventure. Would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the center of Puerto Ayora. The hosts are friendly and helpful and easy to reach. It was a wonderful week, and truly getting back each day and taking a dip in the pool before supper was a highlight.

We booked for 3 nights but didn’t check in until our second day. We got there at 10AM the check in lady (photo attached) said we couldn’t check in until 12PM (even though the room was paid for from the day before). I reminded her the room was booked for us from the day before and she said that the reason we couldn’t access the room was because there was an issue and that a handy man was working on the room, I think she mentioned the a/c unit was not functioning properly and that the room wouldn’t have been available for us the day before anyway and that they were going to upgrade us to a 5* hotel with an oceanfront view (not sure why she felt the need to mention the upgrade). Anyway, I reminded her that we needed to have access to our room as soon as possible and she said she’d check if the room was ready. When she returned the room was ready. It was all great, we went out for lunch, and came back to shower but to our surprise there was no running hot water. When my cousin brought it to their attention a man that worked there said, it’s hot enough outside to shower in cold water, but my aunt was very upset he said that and that there was no hot water so she demanded they fix the problem. The lady that checked us in accommodated us and moved us to Hotel Albemarle (which we did not enjoy unfortunately), she was also very rude when I asked her not to touch my belongings, she shoved my dirty pair of shoes at me while I was carrying things in my arms and dirtied me and my stuff.
