This four bedroom modern home is perched high on a ridge above Sundance resort. Lasta, a 3700 square-foot home was purposely built for visual drama. Large windows invite expansive views of Alpine peaks, towering Pines and ever shifting skies-each room framing the wilderness like a living set. Located at the end of a quiet road and surrounded by a mature forest, this setting offers total seclusion with golden sunsets on the rear deck over looking the forested mountains.

This property will not accept guest reservations without photos, children 13 and under, infants or those without Airbnb experience of a minimum of 3 guest bookings with excellent reviews. to ensure consistency for all future reservations, we are implementing a clear guideline regarding occupancy. The number of guests confirmed at the time of booking is the approved occupancy for the stay. While our home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, any additional guests beyond the original booking count required prior approval. An additional guest fee of $100 per person, per night applies for any added guests, and this must be paid in full prior to check-in. Without being approved prior to check-in, the reservation will be considered in violation of the booking terms and may be canceled without refund and upon the owners discretion.
