This is a great property, located just a block or so from downtown Provo. Easy to get in and out, very quiet, and much less expensive than the local hotels which are always crowded and noisy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay. Our suite had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchenette was just the right size and the living room area was nice to relax in as well. The area of town was fabulous, the house was restored beautifully and we would definitely come back to try out a different room.

It was clean. The only downsides were that we were in basement and the top floor was noisy and the couch was not that comfortable. It was nice having a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Aspenwood Manor! We were in studio #5 and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy access getting in and out. Perfect location downtown Provo with so many restaurants in the area. We loved this lil apartment with a full size kitchen and separate sitting area from the sleeping quarters. It’s small, but perfect for 2 people. It got hot in the bedroom, but we found a fan in the closet to use. It was extremely quiet and convenient to everything!

It was a small, basement unit with 2 rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen was a good size for the small unit. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you need. The decor was all on bees and beehives. It was cute. Way too many pillows. We had too take the pillows off the couch in order to have space to sit. It had a nice walk in closet to put all the pillows in.

I wish we had been warned that our unit required a walk up a long flight of stairs. And even the front porch has a flight of stairs with no ramp. A request to get a first floor unit was honored, otherwise we would have cancelled. There was one bottle of water in the unit. When there's no where to go to ask for more, there should be more water in the unit. Also a brief explanation of the street riddle would help at check in.
