Charming 1-bedroom, fully-equipped apartment in a 17th-century building in the heart of historic Provins. Full of character with traditional tiled floor, marble fireplaces and wood-pannelled walls, this cozy apartment offers modern comfort and old-world charm. Walk to medieval sites, shops, and cafés. Ideal for a romantic getaway or peaceful retreat just 90 minutes from Paris. From the entrance hall, you have access to the toilet with a hand basin. The spacious bedroom offers a beautiful view of a historic building, along with a sitting area featuring a flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The bed measures 160 cm wide by 200 cm long and is fitted with premium bedding, linen sheets, a double duvet treated against dust mites and bed bugs, and four pillows (two duck feather, two synthetic). Electric shutters and double-glazed windows ensure complete darkness and silence for a restful stay. Several storage units are available, including the large built-in wardrobe to the right of the fireplace, where you'll find books, a puzzle, and our comprehensive welcome guide (what to do in Provins, our personal recommendations and tips). From the entrance, you also access the dining room, which leads through to the kitchen. Cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, dustpan, etc.) is stored in the built-in closet to the left of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a long stay, with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, extractor hood, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. We also provide eco-friendly consumables (dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap). In the bathroom, you’ll find a thermostatic shower, a storage unit for your convenience, an illuminated, heated, anti-fog mirror, and a heated towel rack. After showering, please use the provided squeegee on the walls and glass shower door to prevent water marks (the water is very hard!). Please also remember to close the windows and turn off the heating when you go out and upon departure.
