We stayed at this hotel for my fiance's birthday. I made him a surprise. I wrote to the hotel to inform them hirtory of having a small gesture in our room and no one answered us. When i asked another rooms ( a suite) when we arrive at the place, they answered me that they was full but i have to try the next day... The rooms are not well soundproofed. The breakfast is fine, although scrambled eggs would have been better but it's a question of taste. Rooms are very clean. People were very kindly. The hotel is well located, not far from the bus station and the city center.
Great road access from the Algarve, hotel is spotlessly clean, front desk team helpful and polite. The car park is useful, but boy is it tight, even with a small car! As others have mentioned tea / coffee making facilities would be an easy but welcome improvement. The walk into town is 20 minutes or so but flat, well paved and easily accessible from the hotel. Highly recommend for a Seville break.
Room was large clean and tidy. Spa bath in the bathroom . Roof top bar with views over the city especially at night. Staff helpful and courteous. You have about 10 minute stroll into the Triana district with a number of restaurants to chose from.
Nice multinational hotel in good position for tourists but doubtful if 4 stars. Pool is tiny: think large tub. Terrace is nice but music obtrusive. Rooms poorly sound proofed. Internet security by MI5.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights here after it being recommended to us by a friend. Our overall impression was that this hotel is more suited to the business traveller and outside functions. Staff there were very unhappy and overall un-helpful. We had more than one instance where staff could only be described as rude. 1. On a hot 33 degree day we were refused drinks on the roof top bar while relaxing around and in the pool as there was an outside wedding party in the same area. The wedding function were served drinks while as hotel guests we were refused. We then went down to our room and got drinks from our mini bar and when we asked for an ice bucket we were again refused! After 3 phonecalls and having to go down stairs to the ground level bar ourselves FINALLY a helpful staff member brought us up a bag of ice. When we asked him for an ice bucket he gestured towards the bar. We had to get him to argue with the bar staff to give us an ice bucket!!!! An hour later my husband had to argue with the roof top bar staff to allow us to keep our ice-bucket and drinks next to us. I think he just did not want anyone but the outside wedding party there, and we were made to feel very unwelcome. Other hotel guests around us were shocked. 2. Breakfast staff were miserable, especially the gentleman who seemed to be in charge. Not once did we see a smile or be welcomed with a Buenos Dias when we arrived for breakfast. Coffee machine broke down and coffee was awful. Getting eggs made to order was more trouble than it was worth. Tables were being packed up around us with 30 mins left before breakfast closed... not a relaxing way to start the day. Rooms were adequate, however slightly on the small side, river view is a must. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean and quiet. No kettle, tea/coffee making facilities in room. Have to get jugs of hot water from the downstairs bar. Location was ok but a little out of the way, at least 20-30 minutes walk to main historic centre and attractions. Overall it served it's purpose but probably would not go there again or recommend it to anyone unless they are a business traveller and just need a room to sleep in.
Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in October. Rooms very modern with TV (not many uk channels) safe and mini bar. Bathrooms excellent but watch that you don't hit the towel rail with your head getting in and out of the shower. Bed was really comfy and choice of Spanish or English pillows. We had breakfast every morning - it sated continental but included fried eggs, bacon and sausages. Well impressed with the food and quality. Used the lounge bar on an evening and the 5th Level roof top later at night great atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable. Pool is small but spent a few late afternoons up there soaking up the sun. Small gym and Jacuzzi also on this level. Location wise you are in the Triana district which has many bars and restaurants within minutes or walk across the bridge and you are into the centre of Seville with its many small streets filled with shops, bars, restaurants. Overall I was impressed with the hotel and it exceeded my expectation - would visit again for sure.
We recently booked two rooms and were happy with our stay. The hotel's interesting triangular design and ochre colors make it a bit different from your regular international style hotels. We liked being in Triana, close to the local market, tile and ceramic workshops and the tourist street with lots of restaurants. It's a bit of a walk to the cathedral and other main Seville sights, but we were quite happy about that. Staff and rooms were ok. regular without being outstanding, but I would stay here again if I was to return to Seville A final word...we arrived to Seville by train from Madrid (Definitely recommended). I contacted the hotel by email beforehand, asking about transport possibilities from the station to the hotel. I received a rude, most unhelpful "we don't have a clue and don't bother us with stupid questions" type reply. Very poor. Customer relations could definitely do with a review.
The Hotel is located close to the center with may rooms facing the river. The reception was friendly and quick. The rooms are rather large with everything needed to do business. The air-condition is working well and without noise. Nice breakfast for reasonable price. The best however is the panorama terrace with an overview over the river and the city. The terrace is open until 2:00 in the morning and a perfect place to wind down after a busy day.
The staff was not too friendly to begin with. I speak Spanish and still was like pulling teeth to get information. The staff in the morning was more helpful. Our room was big and had a big balcony and there bathroom was very nice but our location was across from the night club. At 3 and 4 am the noise was unbearable. They only give you decaf coffee in the room and they said that's all they had. The location is not great so I would stay in the old city. The pool is tiny.
This hotel is located in the Triana district of Seville by the river alongside a bridge which leads towards the main shopping and cultural district, this takes a brisk 15 minute walk approx. (We are fast, seasoned walkers)! Our room had a balcony which made it feel spacious although we overlooked the Triana area which meant there was quite a lot of noise from traffic at all hours, however the air con was excellent so having closed windows at night is not a problem, the double glazing kept the noise at bay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and exceptionally clean as was the bedroom. Room service and restaurant menus are very limited so we took a short stroll (10 mins) down the road to Casa Cuesta where we had excellent food. Car parking is under the hotel with narrow entrance (we had medium size car so not too bad). 18E per night charge. In a large city we found this a bonus as we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. Having seen the pool size we decided it was so small that it wasn't worth getting wet for!!!! In all a well located clean hotel with parking.
