NH is a hotel chain for business travelers. Rooms are ample and confortable with standard amenities and services. This hotel is a bit remote from city centre, but it compensates with prices. There are a few stores around for basic services. (Trip was actually on Jan 2017)
The stay here was very nice, the staff were both very helpful and polite. The location is also fine for walking into Seville old town, about 15 minutes. Loads of Tapas and local bars to frequent. Also try the Casas De La Juderia hotel it’s a fun little venture mooching around the underground tunnels of the hotel. The horse and carriage trip round the city was great.
I was looking forward to visiting Seville but found the accommodation by far the worst I have had in Spain. The room was dirty and after requesting it to be cleaned twice it still had hair in the bathroom. Service at reception desk is exceptionally slow. Not recommended for anybody that is not keen on a looooong walk to city centre.
Visited NH collection in November for a long weekend and found the staff very pleasant the facilities very good and the rooms in a great condition. We didn't eat here but had drinks in the bar and the service was excellent!
I have stayed 1 month in NH-Colection Hotel in Seville 4 stars :); for me this hotel was a unpleasant experience, due to verry bad quality of cleaning; nobody clean the dust whole period of this time, it was needed to do it my self. For example under bad, the dust was 1 cm almost, that means wasn't been cleaned maybe for 2-3 months. Also the mai problem was that the breackfast is not included in the price and I had to pay 15 euros/ person for each one every day total 144 euro/night. the breackfast was the same, for whole period. there is only one outside pool which is verry small; there is no indor pool, no sauna.like their description on the site.Verry noisily durring the night because of the traffic, the hotel is in the crossroad. It's no body scales to weigh your luggage. Next time I will choose another hotel certainly no NH.
This Hotel is well maintained and in a gret loation for access to the business district or the University of Seville. The hotel is quiet, but the front elevators are sometimes slow. If you get a room toward the back of the hotel (over the conference center), try using the back elevators. The breakfast buffet is served in its own room, and has everything you might want. I was able to skip lunch several days because the custom-made omelet I had for breakfast was so filling. There is a great lineup of seasonal fruit, Iberian Ham, assorted chorizo and other cold meats, made to order smoothies and a pastry selection that is quite extensive. As mentioned before, you can select your ingredients for an imelet, or have fried, scrambled or poached eggs. There is a self-service coffee station, or you can request a cappuccino. My only problem was that the reate wasn’t confirmed in check in, so I had to wrangle at checkout, showing them months-old email confirmation s, etc. in addition, the hotel has a bizarre an unwritten policy that I have never seen anywhere else. There is a computer and printer in the lobby,. There is no keyboard or mouse attached, a d when you ask at the desk, they require a 50 Euro deposit to use it. Why? Utterly unexpected for a 4-star hotel. In house restaurant and room service of good quality, but overpriced. Great steakhouse down the street and numerous loer-cost food options nearby, probably because of University. Major trm, bus, and Mtro station nearby (San Bernardo)
I attended a confernce here and it was quite pleasant. Convenient location near the Old Town of Sevila with all their sights. Good infrastructue available at hotel. Parking a bit expensive, with luck you can find a street parking space.
The hotel was fine except that someone, apparently on the restaurant staff, absconded with my wife's purse while she was in hotel restaurant. She had it on the back of her chair, which one is advised not to do, so she’s at fault there but she was in a corner where nobody came except the waiters and most everyone else in the restaurant was a friend and she had just put her phone back into the purse after showing pictures to people at the table. A waiter came over and the purse went missing. She brought it to the attention of the staff there but they were extremely defensive. She went to the night manager and showed her the seating arrangement but the manager wasn’t very helpful either, swearing that no one on her staff would do such a thing. The next day manager was in equal denial. I can understand why they wouldn’t want to admit anything and thereby accept liability but they clearly have a problem. Up to that point we had been having a good time.
We had planned a 3 night stay in Seville and I chose this hotel because a) its an NH Group property, and b) its a "Collection" category hotel. However I was let down by the room size (extremely small) and the fit out (very dim lighting - almost like a hospital). On top of it, they centrally shut off the air conditioning and forced heating on us (guys, it was just March and not snowing outside!). This made the room very claustrophobic to stay in. Because of these factors, we only stayed one night and moved to another property for the remainder of our trip. The location of the property is nice though - very central. But I dont think I will either stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla.
This was a perfect hotel for our stay in Seville. We got the airport bus to San Bernarde which was just 5 minutes walk away. Check in was easy (from 12 md), room was fine, huge bed, nice bathroom with lots of toiletries, very quiet at night. There is a lovely terrace on the second floor plus a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast was amazing, mostly continental but you could have eggs cooked to order. All staff were very friendly and efficient. Found some local restaurants although not much choice on a Sunday evening. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would return if ever in Seville again.
