We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: location and price. Location wise it was perfect, close to all monuments and the vibrant city's atmosphere with restaurants and bars all close by. i am sure though we could do better for around 100€/night and so could the hotel which apart from a super friendly and polite personnel has nothing much to offer for the price. Our room was a tiny little cabin located in the ground floor with no natural light and literally blind as the window was overlooking the entrance corridor, not to mention the opaque glass. I can only resemble this feeling with being in a prison. The absence of natural light also allows dumbness to build up making the room utterly cold, with characteristic odour, and impossible to heat with the a/c that undoubtedly didn't work as expected. Breakfast is 1 min walk away, which is not that bad and no much different than walking from your room in a big hotel, breakfast itself is standard plain continental, not quite excited but fair enough for the price (8€ per person). We found it much better and cheaper (around 5€ pp) to walk 5 mins down to the cathedral (avenida constitución) and eat in a nice panadería and kick the day off from there. Room was clean and amenities good.

Picturesque hotel in a great location. Most of the main sights within a short walk. Comfortable accommodation, helpful staff and great breakfast. The sunny roof terrace was perfect for relaxing on after a day of sight seeing.

The staff were helpful but my biggest complaint about this place was the inconvenience in having to check in and check out from a different building. Yes, the other building is close (just a 2 minute walk), but this was inconvenient with luggage. They should try to put a front desk in the building to make this more convenient for guests. Otherwise, it was a decent room for a very good price. Best thing was the location--right next to the Alcazar and Catedral.

The hotel is really beautiful and very near the centre and all the sights. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel, it was a winner! Breakfast is delicious and abundant, with choice of pastries, cakes but also meat and cheese, fresh fruit and jiuce. It is served in the peaceful and charming square adjacent the hotel and it was great to start off the day that way. We will definitely choose it again if we go back to Seville.

Hotel situated well in the old town. Typical patio, clean room, water and coffee offered, friendly staff, good value for money. Pedestrian zone but accessible easily on foot. Good adress to discover Séville.

Casas de Santa Cruz was clean, comfortable and close to many of the main attractions like The Alcazar and the Cathedral. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and provided basic items but it was plentiful and a good price.

We decided for this hotel specially because of its localization. In fact it is great, in the historic part of Sevilha, very neat all the main must visit points and near as well a bunch of good restaurants. Break fast is nice and the staff vey kind. If you reach Sevilha by car you will have to leave it in a nearby parking lot, at around 20 Euros/day. Ando will have to walk grabbing your luggage for about some 500 meters.

the hotel was super charming, staff very friendly, location excellent and room very comfortable.I enjoyed the little terrace on the roof for the view or a coffee that you can make in your room, great detail

First of all, I LOVED Seville, so that made my trip that much better. I thought this hotel was a great value, it was quaint, the staff was friendly and helpful and my favorite part was the walk in and out of town. Some might think it's too tucked away, but I loved walking through the little stores and hidden parts of town. It is hard to find, and be prepared to walk with all of your luggage, as the taxi can't drop you at the front door. The rooms were nice, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and we would definitely stay there again.

Located near all the main attractions in a quiet alleyway away from too much noise, it's simple but elegant and a lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic abs attentive. Would defiantly go back again as Seville is wonderful
