The Space:
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located along the lush Chalk Sound National Park, where you have easy access to the Chalk Sound National Park Inlet, where you can swim. The home is family-friendly and well-equipped, providing a welcoming haven in Turks & Caicos. Between outings and trips to the beach, you can relax in the shaded whirlpool spa and enjoy dining al fresco with amazing views.

For quality downtime at home, the sitting area features an amazingly comfortable sofa facing a Smart TV with cable and Amazon Prime Video. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has it all, even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying your vacation. As an added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the home.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests as such:
Master Suite: King bed, ensuite full bath with double sinks, A/C, direct access to a balcony with water views
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen bed, shared bathroom, A/C

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous property is located on the west side shores of Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be about a 5-minute drive from Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. The location of the property is one of the most tranquil and serene areas in Providenciales, where you’ll find water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping. Inside the home, you’ll find a guidebook to help you plan your days in paradise.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6.7 km or 4.2 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.

Other Things to Note:
The house is not directly on the beach, but it’s situated by a stunning waterfront lagoon. This serene lagoon is ideal for enjoying picnics with your feet in the water and offers a great spot for swimming too.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. For stays of 7 nights or more, a midweek cleaning is required for a fee.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

We kindly ask all guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- No pets or any other kind of animal is allowed on the property. The owner is severely allergic to animal hair and fur.

Someone from the local team will meet you to check you in. After making the reservation, please provide us with your estimated time of arrival and flight number.
