Beautiful view, lovely condo

We so enjoyed our time in villa 105! The unit was clean, comfortable, and so convenient with an incredible view! It was nice to be able to walk out from the porch and take the path to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The unit had pool floats, some racquets for tennis and pickleball, a little wagon to take to the grocery, which is a 10 min walk. We also walked to our dinners each night (make reservations on OpenTable or by calling ahead- or ask front desk to arrange). Very walkable to shopping, cafes, ice cream, restaurants. We felt safe on and near the property. Beverly, our housekeeping manager, was kind and responsive. The only issue we encountered was a loud water pump/heater that would go off when those above us were showering and cause our shower to drip, but the staff said it’s typical for the island. We loved the friendly ladies at desk and the poolside bar (happy hour 4-5pm)! The Villa Renaissance is a wonderful spot, and our hosts have a lovely unit that anyone would enjoy. We can’t wait to return!

Another perfect stay in Turks at the Villa

Beautiful villa, in great shape, with a fabulous oceanfront location at the Villa Renaissance. We continue to come back to Turks (10+ years and counting) and continue to rent different properties at the Villa (8x and counting!) and couldn't be happier about this past week's experience. We all agreed that this was one of our favorites (re: location, interior design/decor, and upkeep). Nothing can beat the Villa Renaissance when it comes to rest and relaxation -- it is a "chill" place to spend a week, but if that's what you are looking for, I highly recommend it. We utilized the gym (including weights, treadmill, elliptical, and bike), the tennis/pickleball courts (and equipment), the pool, and of course the beach. We walked to many restaurants, and drove to others that were further away; note that many guests never rent a car, and just walk (lots of restaurants nearby, plus a lovely grocery store) or taxi (for day trips to some sight-seeing/snorkeling locations and for airport rides). We continue to meet families staying at the Villa who are repeat customers -- this speaks to how special it is -- when it meets your vibe and activity expectations. We like to mostly be left alone and decrease the stimuli -- this does the perfect job! Overall, another great week spent in paradise, and we can't wait to return!

We loved Villa Renaissance, and unit 105 was perfect. It was well equipped, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and best of all you can walk right out to the beach....simply amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.
