Beachfront Paradise

Absolutely perfect location to walk to shops and dining. Beach front villa with a private walk to the beach, just steps away. Great pool and poolside bar. 24/7 security, incredibly clean and well stocked for anything you should need. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!!

Perfect family vacation

The property was perfect for our family (4 adults and one child). The view from the condo and access to the beach was perfect with a child in tow. Additionally, the location was perfect for accessing other restaurants and activities on the island. We fully enjoyed our time on the property.

The expectations were just as the listing explained. The waterfront view is spectacular. This rental was close to everything we needed.

We had the best experience staying in the condo. It is so clean and has everything you could want or need. It’s location is so convenient. You can walk anywhere you want to go. We will definitely be back.

A few days in paradise

The property was gorgeous! Immaculate and beautifully kept. Very comfortable as well. Everything was set up for me when I arrived, what wonderful hosts. It was such a joy to be there, I cannot wait to book there again soon.

The view is spectacular in the condo is very well equipped and comfortable!

We loved being on the bottom floor and walking right out to the beach, it was very private and convenient! The staff was very flexible and came to clean each day when we were not there. We loved sitting on the patio and eating breakfast! We will definitely return

Absolutely beautiful property. Would definitely stay there again when in Turks. My only complaint is the twin beds are somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that it is paradise.

Beautiful condo

This is our second stay at Villa renaissance. The beach is beautiful, location is amazing, and the resort is well kept. My family used the tennis court, but the gym is very small. Daily house keeping is a must for me. The kitchen was well stocked and had salt/spices so we didn’t have to buy them. We stayed in November and there was never a struggle to find a chair at the beach or pool.

Paradise in Turks

My 3 boys and I ventured to the Turks for a mother son getaway. Galina’s unit was absolutely perfect. Unit was clean and we were comfortable. The view from the patio was AMAZING. Easy walk to the beach, pool and into town. I felt comfortable with my teenagers roaming around. Galina was very responsive in booking and checking in on us. We can’t wait to return to paradise.

Amazing Experience

This was the first time my family has had a vacation together in almost 10 years, and my parents' first time ever out of the US. It could not have been a better experience for all of us. Villa Renaissance 102 is an AMAZING property. The view from the living room/balcony is unbelievable, and having that access to the beach is unbeatable. The property itself is very clean and beautiful, and the Villa Renaissance staff are all super friendly and professional. Galina and Rich respond very quickly to any messages you send them, and are extremely helpful answering any questions you may have. My family is wanting to go back for Thanksgiving again!

Wonderful Staff and apartment.

We had a wonderful time and loved the view from the balcony. and the easy walk from the balcony to the beach.The staff throughout Villa Renaissance was extremely polite and helpful. They were very attuned the needs of the guests. Our unit was very well equipped although we ate out most nights. The A/C kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Everything in town was within convenient walking distance. Our only suggestion would be to have two smaller pillows on the master bed. The pillows were large and left us with sore necks sometimes. Otherwise, we had a great time and look forward to returning.

Ocean front paradise

While I would like to keep this gem to myself it would be a disservice to fellow travelers and the owner who provided outstanding service. This property is perfectly located and within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. There are many delicious restaurants within a 1-5 min walk eliminating the need for expensive taxi rides. This is not our 1st time to Villa Renaissance and it will definitely not be our last. Galina was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Sitting on the patio sipping coffee in morning or a cocktail in the evening watching the beautiful ocean views does wonders for the mind, body and soul. The ocean view as you walk down the hall or moved around the condo never got old. If you are thinking of booking this place do not hesitate, book right now! It is perfect for couples or families. The resort feels like a private resort with no waking up at the crack of dawn to get a lounge chairs, the staff, whether on the beach or at reception are friendly, professional and take care of their guests with a smile.

Beautiful location

This is the best of all beach vacations our family has taken so far. Beautiful location and building, clean and comfortable apartment with good quality furniture. Very easy private access to the beach that is literally on the backyard. Coconut trees add a special touch to the see view from balcony. Restaurants and bars are all within 15 minute walk. Our concierge Beverly took care of all our reservations for various water activities. A big thanks to her. Kudos to the Property manager Sandeep for keeping the entire properly maintained. We hope to come back in future.
