Newly upgraded and renovated This 1 bedroom condo located at northwest point resort is a very spacious, newly renovated condo. With full kitchen amenities, brand new stainless steel appliances washer and dryer, one - 3 piece washrooms, The condo is located on the second floor with views of the ocean from the balcony living room and master suite With floor to ceiling sliding glass doors off the living room and very large dining area and stand up bar in the kitchen it is fully equipped. Linens and beach towels are included and 24 hour property management, The pool is very large with a large hot tub. The beach is beautiful to stroll and take in the wildlife and wonderful coral reefs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. Good value also. Pool and hot tub are clean. Additionally, best check in ever. Just go to your room!!! Lisa takes care of everything else!

We had a great time staying here! The unit had incredible views, had everything we needed, and the beach was never crowded which was a huge bonus for us! If you’re looking for a beautiful and secluded get away, look no further!

Amazing quiet resort in Turks and Caicos

We were so thrilled with the location and beauty of this place! It was so quiet, but had everything we needed. A beautiful pool, and hot tub right. Very clean and well maintained. Located right on the ocean. Gorgeous walk to the endNice small bar and restaurant. We drove all over the island and walked all of the beaches and we were so happy with where we were staying. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My husband wanted to write a nice review but I want to write the truth..... We arrived at the property walked in to a property that needs maintenance and updating. Lisa is the property manager and the first night we were there I was ready to leave. The pillows have stains on them, the screens were not fully attached to the frame so we cannot open the windows because the bugs are really bad the first night. The shower has stains all over it. The dryer does not work. And the list goes on. My husband tried to convince me everything will be fine. He talked to Lisa and she made a point of saying you can leave, leave the keys on the countertop. Lisa also made it clear there's no refund or adjustments for what we arrive to. My wife does laundry often we are only giving two towels and two washcloths and she likes to do laundry daily so needless to say the condo unit and laundry hanging all over the place trying to get it to dry. Lisa told my husband you get what you pay for and told me to go find another property it's gonna be more expensive that was her answer to our complaints??????? I have been a renter in Vrbo many times for many years this is the worst experience I've ever had. I find it hard to believe that this lady is allowed to be in Vrbo it's a smack in your face. Lisa also made it clear there's a fabulous restaurant on the property we ate there once. I had two bites and that was it we tried eating there twice. Lisa also lives in Canada full-time??????

Northwest Point

This was perfect for us. The location is remote and quiet, even when they were fully booked! The pool, beach and grounds are immaculate! We loved that chairs were always available on the beach and at pool. Definitely recommend getting a rental car but the Da Conche Shack is close and was great. The property manager Lisa was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Absolutely Wonderful

This lovely property is well appointed, it had everything we needed. The resort is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, it is quite set apart from the rest of the island which was exactly what we needed, it honestly helped our family to reconnect. The restaurant was not open while we were there and that would have been a bit more convenient but food is everywhere on the island so we didn’t miss it.
