Do not do business with this man. He double-booked his villa for our first night, put half of us up in sub-optimal lodging, and then refused to negotiate a refund in good faith.I am still trying to work the issue through with VRBO a month later.Avoid him.

Turks and Caicos #Virgo Trip 2022

The experience using VRBO was relatively easy. Once we secured the down payment and paid the final installment, communication with the owner was reached via email. Prior to arrival we received check in procedures and was met by the owner for the initial walk through of the villa. Owner was always reachable via phone for anything and was always professional.

Terrible Experience

To start off the villa was extremely clean and well decorated, however the problem that occurred during my stay had to do with the property contact personnel (Sebastian) . To start off I had to contact him on multiple occasions just to restock a house full of 8 guest(all women) with toilet paper. He initially stated that they don’t provided toilet paper but after looking at the listing and pointing out that the listing states it is provided he then stated that he typically only gives one roll per bathroom. It took over 30 hours to finally get the toilet paper. The next questionable act was the fact that he would be listening in and watching the cameras while we were there and he would repeat certain things that was never mentioned to him directly. The final act that made this stay the worst VRBO rental I’ve stayed was when Sebastian tired to have our group of women scammed by his suggested car service. He even went as far as threatening us with detainment because we didn’t agree with the price of the car service. We had scheduled our final walk through of the home at 945am before we left. He did not show at the agreed time & sent his cleaning crew while we waited for our airport transport.

We had a great stay! Sebastian was so easy to get in touch with and so friendly. He gave a tour of the house to my friends who got there a little early. What a great experience! Definitely recommend!

Comfortable home for family vacation

My family of 7 adults had a very comfortable stay. Most bedrooms have their own bath and beds were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Pool was nice after day on the beach. Drinking water must be purchased which was biggest inconvenience. Need to drive to the beach.

Spacious, comfortable, safe and close to a couple amazing beachee

From the moment we showed interest in this property we knew we had found our vacation home. Sebastian is an amazing host, prompt and helpful with information, bookings for whatever you need (rental car, excursions, etc). He welcomed us on arrival, was accommodating and beyond gracious when our flights were canceled less than 24 hrs before our departure. Regarding the home - the pictures actually don't do it justice. Its big, bright and clean. All beds were comfortable, linens and towels were great. 2 living rooms and 2 dinig areas as well as outdoor seating. And equally important was well functioning air conditioning in every room! All bedrooms have balconies, the 2 master bedrooms have a joining balcony with great views of Chalk Sound. The larger master bedroom is incredible with huge closet and bathroom. Both masters are en suite as is a 3rd room. Kids room with 2 single beds is also a great touch for kids. Close by was Taylor Bay Beach which was actually our favorite beach (and Sapodilla Bay Beach which has beach bars and grilles). Las Brisas and other restaurants also within 5 to 10 minutes. Easy to get to other famous beaches whenever you want but ofcourse you need a rental car. (Try out Leeward Beach/sunset beach for sure). We had 2 families of 4 and a nanny and were very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Great family memories made.
