Location and staff was great. No complaints. On site restaurant is awesome.

I was unable to get my passport out of the safe due its malfunctioning and missed my flight. Despite me contacting the security person on duty, management was nowhere to be reached to open the safe prior to my morning flight which I missed. Also, the front desk lady booked my taxi pickup for a wrong time (fixed after I notified her) and there was no hot water in the shower when I first checked in. The balcony door locking mechanism was also broken and the hotel management instructed me to use a piece of wood to block the door instead. Overall, disappointing experience.

Just perfect! The hotel is a charming place to stay! Located on the Best Beach in the World, it was a real treat in December!

Cozy and a little dated but was clean with real hot water and normal shower head. Love the convenience of the balcony that leads straight to pool and then beach with restaurant literally right there. GREAT food by the way. Would definitely choose again and suggest.

Really a nice little resort. The hotel & rooms are a little long in the tooth but clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and the free WiFi fast. The restaurant, bar, and beach are very nice. The food is good and the beer cold. While the dinner and breakfast portions were modest the prices seemed a bit pricey for what they served us. We'd stay here again as we really like the experience and the staff are great.

Great little hotel right on the beach with an excellent bistro

Nice small hotel right on a beach. Simple, but adequate for the price. Excellent restaurant on property. Walking distance to shopping. Clean beach. Very pleasant personnel. Liked every day of our stay. Definitely will come back.

Just what we wanted! Right on the beach and the staff are super nice!

Very comfortable king bed with nice linens. Excellent shower. Beautiful not crowded beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Excellent value. Would highly recommend and stay again. Bay Bistro is handy. Breakfast is only fair. Dinners are very good, but service is inconsistent.

From the moment we got there, we loved the place. Great location right on the beach. Accomodations-perfect as is the hotel staff. Cannot wait to get back.

Would definitely stay here again. Excellent service.

Nice and friendly environment a bit expensive not much activity to do overall relaxing and quiet

Sibonne Beach Hotel is a very cozy and welcoming hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. Located conveniently on the beautiful Grace Bay area, it has direct access to the beach and provides: beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bay Bistro (the hotel restaurant) has an excellent menu and beautiful view of the beach from a two level deck. Other restaurants are quite close (walking distance along the beach if you don't have a car).

Hotel is nice, small, family owned. Nothing fancy, however; clean and closest to the beach than most. Rooms looking to the ocean. It has two floors and rooms are distributed on a horseshoe pattern. The hotel is a bit dated, and although rooms have been remodeled a bit, it still shows its age. But rooms are clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning for those hot humid caribbean days. No recreational activities at night for guests. It is only beach and rooms. It has a small restaurant, "Bay Bistro", located almost on the water. Food is decent, not great. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, but at dinner time it is a bit different, since they use torches and a few nice lamps hanging from coconut trees which gives the restaurant a nice tropical touch, adding the occean breeze, it is a nice place to have dinner and a few drinks in a true caribbean tropical setting. Food and drinks are expensive, but the island is expensive all around. No much to do in the Turk and Caicos islands. The beach is breathtaking. One of the best waters I have seen. Some locals go there and although, nothing happened, it is advisable to have you possessions close to you just in case. It was a nice experience if you just need a place to lay down at night and relax, but if are looking for something a little more active, with maybe a show or some activities to keep you entertained at night, this is not the place for you. Location wise, is not easy to find, but if you ask locals they will direct you.

This hotel is the second oldest hotel on the island (the first being Club Med)...and it definitely looks it... It reminded me more of a motel than anything - you even get actual keys instead of a key card (including a key to a top-open safe bolted to the floor of the closet). There are no amenities other than a pool, which looks like a larger version of a hot tub. The bed was decently lumpy, the TV was about the size of my computer screen at home and the showerhead definitely needs changing. Oh, and the wi-fi is shoddy at best. But, at the end of the day, it's a really cost-effective place to lay your head down at night. And truthfully, if you're in T&C and spending most of your time at the hotel, then you're completely missing the point. The hotel has direct access to a fairly empty part of Grace Bay beach (unlike Beaches or the other large resorts with tons of beach chairs and people). And it is connected to probably one of the best restaurants on the beach strip - Bay Bistro.

Lovely time. Peaceful setting. Comfortable accommodations at a good price and the beach a few steps from your room. What more can you ask for? Oh, maybe the restaurant with great dinners.Would definitely return.

The hotel is ideally located right on one of the most beautiful strips of white sand beach in Grace Bay. It's a small, low-key resort with a nice restaurant and seems to be popular for weddings. The "oceanview" rooms actually only have a view of the ocean from the balcony - not from inside the room - and it is only a partial/side view. Great for a quiet, relaxing getaway far from the crowds.
