Nice Villa

I was updated to a villa, This place is not walking distance to the beach but it doesn't matter because in T&C you need a car to really explore the island, The villa is super clean and has a full kitchen and all the gear for the beach, they will give you a cell-phone, breakfast and more all included in price, I was not crazy about the pool but who needs one when a short drive away there are the most beautiful beaches and water of the Caribbean I ever seen, The staff is really helpful and professional. I highly recommended, This resort is great for everybody

Clean,quiet villa with nice pool

Needed a reasonable short stay hotel before meeting up with family. Was impressed with friendliness and customer service of staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Island Hideaway

Excellent Service, Helpful and Friendly. A lot of little thoughtful touches that made staying there really nice. Room included a mini bar of supplies that went way beyond a mini bar. Helpful, especially for a first night stay on the island. No need to head to the grocery store for supplies. Owner & manager couldn't have been more helpful. A lot of attention to customer service.

Nice and quiet.

I stayed in the Villa. It was clean and comfortable. A cell phone was provided during my stay. The beach is not near the Villa. It's a good idea to rent a car. I would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Turks and Caicos. Everyone was friendly.

Unbelievably pleasant surprise!

This place is a hidden jem. I highly recommend and most affordable place I could find. They really go the distance on customer service, chilled towel with coconut essence upon arrival for your face, fresh pastries delivered to my room in the morning. Wonderful pool and hot tub and everything so tastefully decorated. They even give you a cel phone to use on the island! Two thumbs up!

Nice Villas, close to super market.

I stayed at this property for a week in early December 2014. Overall I really liked the villa, it was quite, safe, clean, and Gabriela (property manager) was extremely helpful. The beach is a ten minute walk and a grocery store is about 3 minutes away. I recommend you rent a car because most places you'll want to visit are not close by. The hotel property is very well maintained and clean plus their taxi service is excellent (ask for Carl). The only thing I was a bit unsatisfied with was housekeeping. The crew came by quite early, around 8-9am every morning, and we didn't get service everyday. Besides that, this is a great place to stay; the casita comes with a full kitchen, bathroom, and two separate bedrooms. Definitely a great place to stay for couples and/or those with children. I loved this place and I'd highly recommend it. Have fun!

Charming cottages

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights before we checked into our week time share.....The rooms are separate cottages each with beautiful garden area and a small porch.....Gabriella was very helpful with suggestions and anything we wanted for our cottage....I definitely recommend this location if you are on a budget and have a vehicle to drive to the beautiful beaches!!

Great place on a budget

This place was about a 5 minute drive from the beach, too long to walk. They offer a ten dollar per person shuttle to get you there or you can walk to the main Street and take a three dollar per person taxi ride. Pizza place is walking distance from hotel. The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Make sure you call hotel a few days before your trip and take advantage of the free shuttle that picks you up from the airport. The driver is very sweet so be sure to tip him. Save a tip for your housekeeping person also. There is a grocery store nearby that saved me alot of money.

Excellent service and villa

We were upgraded to the Venetian Ridge Residences and loved it! We had the best service by Gabriella who was very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice on where to go on the island as well as a tour of the beautiful grounds around the villa. We loved the villa- it was warm and inviting! We look forward to returning to Venetian Ridge!

If you have a car, this is a great location. The grocery store is 3 minutes away and one of the marinas is 5 minutes away. The place was pretty, clean, and well managed. I really appreciated Gabriella's dedication to making our stay as comfortable as possible.

The place to stay in provo

Found this place by accident looking for last minute accommodation when our plans changed. Liked it so much we booked another night. This is THE place to stay, close to grocery, highway, grace bay and very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We will be booking again next time around!

La Villa está bien ubicada a 5 minutos en auto de la playa y a 2 minutos del supermercado. Tiene una cocina bien equipada e inclusive cuenta con un camping cooler y sillas para la playa. Nos dieron un celular para poder llamar al hotel en cualquier momento, fueron muy atentos en todo momento. La imagines de la villa en la página web son exactas a como se encuentran actualmente, todo está Nuevo y bien mantenido. De preferencia hay que alquilar un auto para poder movilizarse.
