Although the staff was nice they weren't extremely helpful or willing to communicate when I had questions about activities or the area. Also, my toilet was in bad condition. The jacuzzi is dirty and pool not great so we skipped that. Breakfast was extremely limited, very disappointing considering it was one of main reasons I booked the property. Nice staff tho. Great location.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was not welcoming. We asked for beach towels and they told me where to place my old ones and get new ones and I had to get them myself. They seem to have no interest in pleasing the guests. They have an attitude of if you want it get it yourself otherwise it's ok if you don't.

The staff was amazing. Miss Flo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Such an amazing lady. Fabiola, the bartender and Michael were all great as well. I wish the bar was open longer! The breakfast could’ve been better. Wasn’t my idea of a good continental breakfast. Overall the stay was great!

I recommend!!!

The property was beautifully maintained. Always clean. I recommend you bring your own bug spray. The insects outside was earring me alive my first day.

No hot water. (Cold shower). Coffee pot in the room was filthy. No microwave to make instant coffee. Breakfast was pretty basic. No eggs. Cereal and coffee. It’s like a really expensive Motel Six.

Everyone at the resort is so friendly and willing to help you out. We loved the resort! It was within walking distance of everything needed. The breakfast was great each morning and we definitely used the small fridge in the room with the grocery store across the street. Our biggest issue was when a bathroom was needed, the walk back from the beach to the resort.

Nice setup with pool in the center. Breakfast varied a bit every morning. Pool/beach towels were provided. Bath towels were big and luxurious; pretty uncommon for hotels! Beach access is a short walk and there is a shuttle golf cart to take you back and forth. They also have a large patch of umbrellas and beach chairs reserved for guests. You can use their kayaks and paddle boards too! There are shops and restaurants around the property in a center called “Ports of Call”. It would’ve been nice to have been told that there’s a discount available to those staying at the hotel. I only learned of it when I saw a sign near the stairs, after we’d spent an arm and a leg at a restaurant. Overall, fantastic stay!

The location was perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurant, shopping and gourmet supermarket. Property was clean, staff very pleasant, and a great daily breakfast included. Beautiful beach!! And great snorkeling!!

The staff is super friendly. Just a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I have even seen. The hotel itself needs minor renovations but it was everything I expected. Would recommend staying here to a friend.

terrible! Had to leave for emergency and fighting to get refund. shame on them,

My family had a wonderful 8 days at Port of Call Resort! I found a great deal on Orbitz and based on all the positive reviews, it was a no brainier! The resort is beautiful, clean and has all the necessary amenities for a perfect vacation. It's a small, low-key resort but perfect for a budget friendly getaway. The breakfast included was great and it was nice to sit around the pool area to eat. We had a first floor room with a walk out terrace which was perfect, especially with my 3 year old daughter. The resort is in the perfect location, close to all the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can't wait to visit again!

The breakfast choices are good, it is close to the beach and in walking distance of good restaurants and entertainment.

This isn't the nicest hotel on the island, but it is affordable and it does get the job done. It is in a good location with multiple restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. The dive shop is literally within 10 steps of the hotel, which is very convenient. The only thing I wish was better was the bar. I don't drink a lot, yet I still noticed the bartender was MIA most of the time. It is very small bar and very expensive (but so is the whole island). Other than the bar, the stay was great. We loved Turks and Caicos and after all, you don't travel to the Caribbean for the hotel!

The hotel staff were the best! Super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was filling with good variety. Beds were comfortable and hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

My apologies that you were not more happy with your stay. I have reached out to the resort and asked them to look into your comments on the pool and devote more attention if necessary. As far as your other concerns, we usually get positive comments on the staff assisting guests so hopefully this was a one-off situation. The breakfast room was overcrowded as we were at full capacity with some sports teams whose schedule dictated that they all have breakfast at the same time. This does not happen very often but I do apologize for any inconvenience.[

Thank you for your compliments on the property. My apologies that you felt the staff had an attitude issue. I will look into this but as you can see from the other reviews the majority of our guests always praise our friendly staff.

Thank you for the nice review and positive comments re our staff. The reason that the bar closes at 8 is because we have 3 bars and restaurants as tenants in our adjacent plaza and we do not want to compete with them. In the past when we did keep our poolside bar open later it received very little use once our guests head out to dinner. Hope you get a chance to return.

Thank you for the nice review. If you do get a chance to return our guests are welcome to use the washrooms at either of the adjacent resorts on the beach so that the walk back to Ports of Call is not necessary..

Thank you for the wonderful review. if it makes you feel better the discounts only apply to some of the shops, not the restaurants.
