Staff was all very friendly and accommodating, the room was decent and met our needs, could use some deep cleaning and some upgrades. For the price it was worth it compared to the majority of resorts on the island. Can’t beat the location, right in the center of downtown Grace Bay Area. Quick walk to the beach or they have a golf cart shuttle available to drive you to and from. Beach/pool towels available to take with you, free use of resort chairs and umbrellas on the beach at no additional fee. Breakfast is included, but it did not meet our needs so we ate elsewhere - some days hot food was offered but most days it was boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and bagels/pastries. Plenty of good cafe and restaurant options nearby to choose from, and a grocery store across the street - just be sure to check if your room has a full kitchen or just a mini fridge. I’d definitely stay here again for the price and convenience alone.

I did not enjoy my stay here . Customer service could have been a whole lot better . The staff were not friendly & the boss son that was there VERY nasty! Attitude wise One of the receptionist there I believe her name is sandy , she was ok & she was nice for the most part . & the bar tender was cool . Next time I visit this beautiful island , I will NOT being staying here .

POC was a good value, beautiful property, and has all the basics for an enjoyable vacation. We loved the hearty breakfast they offered. Tea and fresh water available all day. Great dining options within short walking distance. So glad we did not do all-inclusive because this was such a great deal and there were excellent food choices everywhere.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Their attitude made our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is clean and a close walk to the beach. We were glad that they provided us with towels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. The breakfast provided had a good variety and we liked that they provided ice water, hot water, and coffee all day. The hotel is close to a little shopping plaza which was very convenient for getting food throughout the day. Very nice place for families–especially ones with older kids. The only issue we had was with the shower temperature. The first day of our stay the water in our shower was very cold but the rest of the week it was burning hot. It was hard to find a balanced temperature. Overall we had a great stay here!
