Very clean and well-organized property. Short walk to a great uncrowded beach.Pool was clean and the maintenance staff was constantly attending to the grounds.

We had a great stay and the house was excellent. Agree with the other reviewers who wrote that it’s nicer than the pictures. It’s also very spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. We were a family of three but twice as many people would be comfortable here. The outdoor space was especially nice, with plenty of covered and uncovered seating by the pool and a lovely garden area. Leeward beach was a short walk (5 mins tops) and the house is very convenient to restaurants and shops in Grace Bay (5 min drive). We appreciated being able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, small cooler, etc. which made for some perfect days on the beach. Overall, an exceptional house and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pool was enjoyable. Couch cushions need refreshing (clean or replace). Cleanliness was good, but not quite like neighboring property that we have stayed in before (dust). We were required to strip our own beds before leaving or be charged 100-200. Gardener was pleasant. Some screens are in need of repair on porches allowing bugs to get in.

Great place! Just about 80 yards from an incredibly beautiful beach. Britney was super resonsove and did an amazing job. Place was clean and well maintained. Pool was beautiful. Really a cool spot. Best spot for sunsets on the beach.

Brittney saved our vacation. Providenciales is the Island to be on for a great time. We previously booked a VRBO on North Caicos and found out it was too primitive for us and no a/c in the living area. We looked and found Brittney's listing and it was available! We packed up from North Caicos and checked in to Brittney's house and were so glad we did. A/C throughout the house and fully stocked with smart TV's in every room, comfortable beds. There are stairs to go in the front door and then stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms (just in case anybody wants to know). The pool was definitely refreshing. The beach was only a couple of blocks down the road. Very nice stay.

parents get away

This property is in a fantastic location, so close to the beach, yet nice and private. The beach was a great place to watch sunsets. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. A short drive to many nice restaurants and the grocery store. The caretaker was very responsive to all requests. We had an excellent time and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Provo Villa

Pelican Paradise was even more beautiful than we expected - spacious, clean, with everything we needed for a perfect vacation for 5 adults. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool area surrounded by tropical gardens, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and a lovely dining area. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the beach, in the quiet Leeward Settlement area of Provo, not too far from Big Blue Collective, and Provo Ponies, both highly recommended if you enjoy water based activities! Britney was very responsive to our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Pelican Paradise!

Amazing Location beautiful space!

The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future.

Beautiful Villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Paradise, it had everything we could possibly wish for. The private pool area was so relaxing and the grounds were incredible. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Leeward beach and short car ride to great restaurants. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic stay in paradise!

The property is gorgeous. Very relaxing with a gradual walk-in pool. Nice shady areas downstairs and a comfortable upstairs screened in balcony. Quick walk to an amazing beach that isn’t busy. We found the villa contained everything we required. Will be back!!

Great stay

Great stay in the well appointed large Villa with proximity right adjacent to the beach. Has a great pool but our family spent more time in the ocean with it being so close. Gardens around the villa are beautiful as well.

Little piece of Paradise

Property is nicer than the photos online with really nice indoor and outdoor space. The gardens are also beautiful. Property well maintained with an on-site caretaker that kept the out door area and pool clean. The house is well appointed and seems well maintained. A real bonus is the proximity to the beach that is a short walk to the end of the road. Great views from the bedroom balconies. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
