All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck.

The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with a 17 ft vaulted cathedral ceiling and a 7 ft diameter ceiling fan. The 16ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.

The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess! There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including our 3rd Villa which is another 2bedroom with a rooftop terrace and its own pool. If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay.
