The Breeze house is perfect for a family stay in the Turks and Caicos. With a constant breeze blowing through you can relax by the private swimming pool or the canal dock or go exploring on our kayaks . Just an 8 minute drive to the airport, Grace Bay area. We are centrally located to explore Providenciales. Our home has A/C units in all 3 bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Watch the sun come up from the private dock area. BBQ grill for your use, outside shower , full kitchen, TV in main living area with firestick. This house is hard to leave because of the fantastic breeze blowing through almost all year long. Relax on the deck, enjoy the canal views and enjoy the hammock on the dock . When the island feels hot our escape is the Breeze House.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Breeze House is a perfect name

The property is conveniently located near Leeward Highway and Grace Bay. It is constantly served by a natural breeze from the water which is good because the AC is only located in the bedrooms. We were able to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans to keep the temperature at a reasonable level. Utilities worked well and the kitchen is well-appointed with utensils and crockery. This was not an issue for us but could be for tourists: the property is "well-used". Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice and would use it again if we have another business trip to TCI.

Turks and Caicos Family Fun!

We were the second renters at this property and our 4th visit to the island. We are aware about the lack of a/c in all rooms, so having individual units in each BR while rest of house is covered by fans didn’t surprise us, but it was hot. Luckily the house opened up to the canal and there was a lovely breeze all the time! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and a rental car is a must! Since the owners are new to VRBO there were no written instructions regarding garbage deposal, how to use the TV, washing machine, outdoor shower etc so I had to text them more than normal, but they were very responsive! The house is gently used, and several minor things need to be fixed, closet doors, missing towel togs, shower in 2nd bathroom, washing machine. Plenty of towels, beach towels, sand toys and an assortment of scuba masks in outdoor closet which we stumbled upon. Beds were comfortable, lots of space on outdoor patio, small plunge pool that was low on water, and needed upkeep My family of four with 2 kids, would stay there again, and once a list of instructions/house rules is provided, it will cut down on texting with owner. The island/beaches are amazing and a short drive to Grace Bay! We rented a car from Scooter Bob’s for the week, ate at Omar’s, Ricky’s, Somewhere Cafe, Inspired, Mango Reef, Sharkbites, and The Rock House. IGA grocery down the street had great buffet food-Jerk Chicken is a must!!
