Villa Helios is your refuge for relaxation and enjoyment. Step out onto the terraces of your private garden and immerse yourself in the island's breathtaking sunrises. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors and step into your own infinity pool, where the stunning views of Long Bay Beach will captivate you.

On the second level, you'll find a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. A state-of-the-art kitchen and a pantry prepared for chefs add a touch of gourmet style to your experience. Relax in one of the four master suites and access your own private terrace overlooking the infinity pool.

The third level offers a grand oceanfront master suite and another second master suite with spectacular views of Long Bay Beach, each with its own private bathroom. Wake up in the morning and behold the spectacular sunrise with the turquoise waters glistening under the sun as you prepare for another day in paradise.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

• No smoking Smoking, which includes the use of cigarettes, tobacco, or any hallucinogenic substances, is strictly prohibited within the Villa premises. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a daily penalty of $500 USD for each day smoking occurs inside the villa premises. This amount will be either deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered credit card.

• No pets allowed.

• No parties or events.

• Check-in from 4 PM (For early check-in requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you).

• Check-out by 11 AM.

RESERVATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island.

• The villa boasts the convenience of a villa attendant available Monday through Saturday, dedicating 3-4 hours each day to your service needs. This service includes daily light housekeeping, bed and room preparation, towel replenishment, kitchen cleaning, and, in the middle of the week, fresh linens are provided (on demand, included in the price).

• Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of $1,000, payable through platform. This depositwill be refunded within 48 hours following check-out, pending no damages through the platform.

• We highly recommend hiring a travel insurance for all reservations.
