A one bedroom Bayview room was great, next to the bay, clean unit. Richard was very responsive to our need and in communication. My only wish was the very old elevator that needs renovation, specially the floor. And one of the building entry locks need fixing. Other than that, my family and I were very happy with the 3 night stay. Thank you Richard!
