The host was very responsive and the property was newly renovated and very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I definitely would come back again.

First, I want to say that the home itself is very nice and updated, and had a good security system. But it wasn’t very clean nor well kept. Upon our arrival there was an issue with the security code due the owner not allowing us to access the units we rented. Kevin arrived snd solved the issue, but he was not very accountable for this mixup. Also found out that we did not have the entire home, the middle unit was occupied by another party. This upset me because I sent a-message to Kevin asking about the layout of the home with no response. The unit wasn’t very clean nor was some of the fixtures repaired in the top unit. Lastly, I feel as though the owner is trying to run multiple outlets out of this house, if you wish to rent please read all of the fine print and reviews.

Weekend getaway

We were there for basketball games. The location was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable, nice beds, good shower. The host was very responsive during check inI thought I was booking an entire house. It turns out it was 2 apartments with a third tenant on the ground floor. The parking was off street, but very tight. We couldn’t get out of the car while parked and our 3 cars were parked front to back, which wasn’t a big deal as the downstairs tenant parked on the street. There wasn’t a dishwasher or laundry dryer ( both advertised as being there) and when I had a question regarding checkout it took my host 13 hours to answer me. I would recommend this place as long as you’re aware of what you’re getting

Perfect for large gatherings

The property was in a great location for our needs, everything was 15 mins or less. The house layout, abundant bedrooms suited our large extended family.
