This one bedroom condo is located In Providence on Historic Federal Hill in DePasquale Square Close to Down-town Providence with free off street parking and it has great views of of DePasquale Square plaza Below. Thru the large 6’ windows ! The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area and it has a full size fridge, stove w/ oven plus a microwave oven. Plus a coffee maker, slice toaster and garbage disposal ! Bedroom is a queen bed with 2 night stands with lamps plus a 32” Roku Smart TV plus an AM/FM BlueTooth mini stereo and a large closet with hangers. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa plus two twin sleeper chairs and a 55” Roku smart tv and a BlueTooth mini stereo and the bathroom has a full-size shower bathtub with a wall mounted hairdryer this unit features central heat/AC

Great chance to know the city of Providence.

Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza. Lots of activity and an easy walk to downtown library RISD museum, waterfire and VanGogh Exhibit as well as many very good restaurants and music on the hill.
