The staff made us feel welcomed immediately. The room was very comfortable with loads of storage areas and charging ports. There is a train crossing nearby that serves as a wake up call 😉.

Room smelled like a wet dog, hot water took forever, when out of room to get back in you had to move the door handle down and then all the way back up to get in the room.

it was a very nice stay. but the curtains didn't cover the window opening and sic nice we were on the first floor it was a security concern. I did report to front desk. they said they'd see what they could do but it doesn't look like they could do anything bc nothing was done. the hotel had a good location. the room was spacious and comfortable. they let us have all the blankets and pillows we required. the front staff was professional and friendly. they knew the area well. having a cup of tea at bed time was divine. if ur a bigger person tho u may have problems going o the loo. it is a tight squeeze.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first room had blood on the sheets & trash on the floor. They moved us to another room that was also not very clean. We were too tired to switch again

The staff were all very nice but maybe understaffed? The front desk was unmanned twice when I wanted to ask a question. …. My room seemed quite clean but there was mold in several places inthe bathroom There was no hair conditioner in the container in the shower. The toilet paper holder was crooked, just needs a screw replaced. … The free breakfast wasnt very good. The egg omlets only had 1 left in the warming pan and it looked dried out so I skipped that. The nicely hot grits needed to be cooked a little longer before being served. It just didn't seem up to par. But check in was quick, the rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable and they had plenty of hot water.

Diamond, the manager on duty, went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable! There was an issue with the TV, so she switched our room to across the hall. We had a very nice stay. The entire staff was great!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed with great personal staff, always happy and greeting us, when we got to our room, the bed was VERY comfy, even the pillows, sometimes hard to find both being comfy and having the right amount of blankets on the bed 😊. Breakfast, I would have to say I was blown away, the breakfast selection was the best we’ve had. Having kielbasa, waffles, tatters, eggs, also having the easy food on the go; muffins, yogurt and bagels. The next morning was just as amazing as the first morning to get breakfast. We have stayed at many hotels and Air B&Bs for our Spartan races; no place we’ve stayed at had EVER welcomed the Spartan Racers like yall did!!! It was not just posted in one spot it was posted everywhere in the lobby, outside of elevators, and inside the elevators, between my husband the other Spartans and myself we appreciated it so much!!!! The next time we make our next trip weather it is for a spartan run or to visit family we will be staying with yall… thank you for making our weekend perefect!
