Super appartement très bien situé côté rue À proximité direct de la plage Bonne relation avec le propriétaire Seul bémol à notre arrivée, la piscine n’est plus en service et la salle de sport n’était pas accessible.

Bel appartement mais bruyant

Bel appartement moderne avec un accès sur une petite plage de nombreux accessoires à disposition (glacière,serviettes de plage, parasols etc…..). Les points négatifs sont : Un frigidaire tout petit pour un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes ! Très peu de rangement dans les armoires ( 2 tablettes). Le problème principal est le bruit ! Le logement donne sur la rue principale ou des 6h30 vous avez un défilement de véhicules et cela tout au long de la journée.

Résidence idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement (nous étions 5). Il est propre et fonctionnel. Il est certes coté rue (ce qui n'est pas une surprise puisque c'est bien indiqué dans l'annonce), mais la nuit il n'y a pas beaucoup de passage et sincèrement ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Le jour, la terrasse est un peu bruyante, mais bon, on est surtout à la plage ou en vadrouille et ce n'est pas un problème. La résidence est très bien située puisque sur la plage, à 20m du centre nautique (voile) et de nombreuses activités (jet ski, location de bateau, plongée…). C'est idéal pour les familles. La place de parking en sous sol est indispensable en août. C'est un plus pour séjourner à Propriano. Le seul petit bémol est que si les draps et serviettes sont mis gracieusement à disposition (c'est pratique de ne pas devoir venir avec), il faut les laver avant de rendre l'appartement. Le jour du départ, le lave linge tourne à plein régime! Un service (même payant) de location de draps et serviettes serait un plus et en adéquation avec le standing de la propriété. Enfin, si la propriétaire n'est pas sur place, elle est très disponible et répond en moins de 5mn à nos questions. Conclusion: Séjour très agréable.

Un lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter des beautés de la Corse

Très bonne organisation pour prendre possession de la location, propriétaire arrangeante et flexible sur les horaires pour arriver comme pour partir. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, agréable et bien situé. Place de parking privée dans la résidence, donc jamais de soucis de stationnement quelques soient les horaires. Plage devant l'immeuble mais aussi de très belles plages paradisiaques faciles d'accès en voiture. L'appartement est au cœur de l'espace touristique de Propriano, port pour les balades et activités en mer, centre ville, restaurants, bars... Visites de villages perchés, canyoning, randonnées... il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances au top !

Bel appartement tres bien situé

L'appartement lumineux est très bien situé ( coté rue) accès direct sur la plage par l’ascenseur et à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et du centre ville. La disponibilité du parking est un plus indispensable. La propriétaire est très réactive par téléphone pour régler les problèmes logistiques. Pour les locataires de taille normale, un escabeau serait apprécié pour accéder au micro onde et à la penderie de la chambre.

Appartement très bien équipé

L'appartement est vraiment conforme à la description sur le site. Appartement neuf, mobilier moderne, décoration agréable, très bon équipement (c'est simple il ne manque RIEN!), literie impeccable (lit en 160 dans la chambre adulte !). Garage en sous sol bien pratique quand il fait chaud- Il est tout à fait possible de se déplacer à pied car l'appartement est face à une plage et est tout près du centre et des commerces. La propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais reste très disponible (nous avons eu une panne de clim qu'elle a cherché à résoudre immédiatement). Elle nous a également transmis avant notre départ des informations sur les endroits à visiter. Petit bémol éventuel pour les "puristes" du silence : l'appartement donne côté rue et la circulation peut peut être en déranger certains... mais on s'y habitue vite. Bref ... nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Très bel appartement équipé de toutes les commodités, incluant un stationnement, très pratique à Propriano! Le meilleur endroit pour rayonner dans tous les sites magnifiques du sud de la Corse. Près de tous les services et commerces de la ville, dont une excellente boulangerie à deux pas. Et la mer tout juste à côté! Plusieurs idées d'activités à faire à proximité donnés par la propriétaire qui est très disponible.

Très bon séjour famille de 5 personnes, nous avons apprécié l'appartement pour sa taille, sa propreté et les linges mis à disposition pour les lits et la toilette. L'immeuble est très bien situé au sein de Propriano. On a passé un très bon séjour en Corse du Sud.

Excellent sejour les pieds dans l'eau

Appartement idealement situe, on se rend au port et au centre de Propriano a pied en qq minutes, une boulangerie quasiment en bas du batiment. Le top du top, l'acces direct a la plage d'ou on voit le coucher de soleil, sublime ! Possibilite de louer un paddle ou un canoe juste en bas de l'appartement.Hate d'y retourner pour profiter aussi de la piscine (pas encore ouverte). Les photos correspondent exactement a l'appartement. Immeuble neuf, appartement et equipements neufs. Il ne manque rien, les proprietaires ont pense a tout (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro ondes, machine a cafe, presse agrumes, appareil a raclette et j'en passe.) Toute la vaisselle necessaire pour cuisiner. Les draps et les serviettes de toilette et de bain sont pretes gracieusement, super pratique quand on arrive avec un vol charter et un bagage cabine limite. Super terrasse avec table , chaises et transats. Et meme un barbecue electrique ! L'appartement est spacieux, clair et propre. Place de parking en sous sol securise, tres pratique. Tres bonne communication en amont avec les proprietaires qui ont aussi pense a donner des bons conseils de visites, balades, glaciers ... Des documents touristiques sont a disposition, des jeux de societe aussi. Le titre de l'annonce n'est pas trompeur : le reve les pieds dans l'eau. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons effectués un agréable séjour , dans un cadre magnifique Un très bel appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre , très agréable avec balcon et une place de parking. L'appartement est très bien situé, accès directe a la plage, proche du centre ville et du port. Nous avons fait de très belles balades en bateau ou a pied et visité plusieurs villes et site de la corse sur les conseils des propriétaires.

A Propriano même, proche de la route nationale permettant de rejoindre très facilement Ajaccio, Figari, Sartène, Bonifaccio, Porto-Vecchio, … Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence neuve. Accès direct à la plage sans route à traverser. Port et commerces à proximité (très bonnes glaces à La Marine ;)) Appartement très bien agencé avec équipement idéal (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, four, micro-ondes, sèche-cheveux, sèche-serviette…). Agréable : linge de lit, serviettes de plage et vaisselle disponibles dans l’appartement ! Place de parking couverte sécurisée ôtant tout stress de stationnement difficile en ce mois de juillet. Très utile : listing fourni des choses à faire et voir dans la région (balades en bateau, biscuiterie, village typique Corse, Visites à Bonifacio, bains naturels…) J’y reviendrai !

Vacances parfaites !

Vacances parfaites ! L'appartement est neuf, dans un état impeccable, décoré avec goût. Grande terrasse avec transats. Suréquipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, climatisation. La situation est exceptionnelle avec la plage devant la porte, à 2 min à pied du port et du coeur de Propriano. Beaucoup d'activités sportives et nautiques proposées à moins de 5 min. Les propriétaires mettent une fiche à disposition avec les visites à ne pas rater. Promenade en mer avec coucher de soleil à faire absolument, magnifique !

Vacances au TOP. Appartement impeccable, propre, bien aménagé correspondant au descriptif avec accès direct à la plage. Les + : linge mis gracieusement à disposition ( draps, serviettes de toilette et draps de bain, ce n'est est pas négligeable quand l on vient en avion ) . Parking couvert. Proche de tout sans voiture et bien placé en Corse du Sud pour les visites en voiture. Une adresse à retenir. Je recommande vivement !!!

Un séjour inoubliable....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Corse, tout était beau ,que sa soit l'appartement, la ville et ses alentours, la charcuterie, le fromage....tout était très bien rien, à redire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécier l'appartement, il est très bien équipé , spacieux , belle terrasse franchement pas déçu de notre choix (nous étions 7 personnes et aucun de nous n'a était déçu, jusqu'à la petite de 3 ans très contente) , la seul chose que je pourrai dire, c'est que l'appart est coté route et pas coté mer, mais bon sa ne nous a pas déranger, c'est juste pour la vue après sa change à rien car on a accès direct à la plage. A refaire l'année prochaine .
