Appartement avec grande terrasse et vue superbe

L'appartement est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé. La terrasse semi-couverte permet de manger en extérieur malgré les grosses chaleurs et offre une magnifique vue sur le golfe de Propriano. Un chemin permet un accès rapide au port de Propriano à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

un appartement avec une magnifique vue

nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le propriétaire est au top. L'appartement était relativement propre , quelques soucis de clim , mais une vue magnifique et que du bonheur de profiter de la piscine après une bonne journée de balades. je conseil de louer un bateau pour faire des plage difficilement accessible a pied. je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Découverte de Propriano

Appartement récent en très bon état, avec de beaux volumes, particulièrement la terrasse et sa vue à 180°. André nous avait communiqué au préalable des éléments complets nous ayant permis d'apprécier au mieux Propriano et ses environs. Echanges réguliers avec la gérante locale.

Très bon séjour

Appartement neuf spacieux avec une très grande terrasse très agréable car bien située , commodités à 10mn à pieds, piscine et barbecue font la joie des petits et grands.Très bon conseils du propriétaire sur les endroits à visiter les bons restos et les plages les plus jolies. Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille de 4 personnes, c’est parfait.

Beau séjour en septembre

Appartement et propriétaire au top ! Dossier d'accueil envoyé avec toutes les informations nécessaires. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Il est situé à flan de colline, facile d'accès et de stationnement. La vue sur le golf, la montagne et Propriano est magnifique. La terrasse orientée nord bien équipée et suffisamment ombragée pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. La piscine est à 29°. Lieu calme en dehors des travaux qui devraient se terminer bientôt. Nous avons apprécié la relation avec André Goli qui nous a donné tout un tas de conseils pour bien profiter des plaisirs du secteur. Nous avons apprécié les plaisirs de la mer avec les belles plages de la régions ainsi que les plaisirs de la montagne (Marches, torrents et villages). En septembre, c'est beaucoup plus calme et il y a encore pas mal d'animation autours de la culture corse. Attention cependant aux moustiques dans le cas d'orage. Mieux vaut prévoir de la citronnelle ou équivalent pour les personnes sensibles.

Appartement au calme et proche de tout

Très bel appartement neuf, spacieux et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est situé sur la hauteur de la ville avec une très belle vue, au calme, mais aussi proche des commerces et de la plage. Bon point de départ pour visiter le sud de l'île. Nicolas sur place est disponible pour répondre à nos attentes. Photos conformes à la réalité, nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé

On a passé une semaine en Corse en famille pour les vacances de Printemps (2 adultes, 2 enfants). L'appartement était idéal au niveau de placement pour visiter la Corse (~1h d'Ajaccio, ~1h de Bonifacio), très confortable et bien équipé. C'est situé au calme, en hauteur, donc on avait une belle vue vers la mer. Le centre de Propriano est accessible à pied (un peu plus de 1km de marche) et il y a deux grands supermarchés pas loin (en voiture). Les photos correspondent bien à l'appartement. En tout, on a passé une super semaine et on était bien dedans, même pendant une journée ou il pleuvait sans arrêt. Seul petit (mais vraiment petit) bémol est qu'il n'y avait pas d'aspirateur ni de pelle pour balayer correctement donc c’était quasi-impossible de nettoyer le sol (qui était nécessaire assez rapidement à 4 dans l'appart avec les baies ouvertes).

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de M. Goli, tout a été mis à notre disposition pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible et Nicolas de la conciergerie a été très disponible pour nous aider sur tous les points. L'appartement est bien situé avec une superbe vue sur le golfe de Propriano. Il était également très bien adaptée pour les jeunes enfants avec une terrasse sécurisée et le matériel de puériculture nécessaire.
