Tres bel appartement propriano
L'appartement est parfait ! Conforme à l'annonce, spacieux, fonctionnel, bonne exposition, belles prestations. Un très bon rapport qualite prix. En revanche la gérance de la conciergerie n'a pas été satisfaisante, aucune réponse à mes messages (via mail , sms et appels telephoniques ) entre le jour de la reservation et la veille au soir (demandes de ma part sur la procedure d'arrivée ) à tel point que l'on s'est demandé si cet appartement existait vraiment ! Nous comprenons qu'ils donnent les infis utiles uniquement la veille, mais qu'ils ne répondent ni au téléphone (5 appels), ni aux sms, ni aux mails de voyageurs inquiets quelques jours avant nous semble un manque de professionnalisme...dommage car l'appartement est vraiment bien !!!
