When entering the premises, the lessee must deliver:
- A security deposit check made out to the lessor for € 800 (eight hundred euros). If no damage is to be noted in the inventory of fixtures, the deposit check will not be cashed and will be given to the tenant when the keys are returned.
Otherwise, it will be cashed and the sum covering the damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation, as well as the loss of keys or objects will be deducted from the deposit, and a check for balance will be sent to you by mail no later than 2 months after you leave the accommodation.
