a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and quality bedding
a living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
a bright shower room with shower and toilet
a 12m2 terrace with stunning sea views
a parking space in a secure garage (accessible to city vehicles.)

Accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
