The view out to Playa Punta Negra, literally steps away with the full Bay of Banderas behind it. Sunswept palm trees and sandy beach right at your doorstep. We'd be excited to host you here at Sunset Casa! Just a short 9 minute drive south of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone you're not far from all the best dining, shopping, and nightlife in the state while far enough away to enjoy a traquil beach setting and stunning water!

Cute little condo

This condo is cute, you can't beat the location if you like quiet. The pool area is nice. Property manager extremely responsive. Only downside, no on-grounds security, so if other guests/owners are breaking the rules (smoking), no one to really help enforce.

Great spot!!

Hola, Casa sunset is a great space, the place was clean and had a great location right on the beach. The pool is small but clean and well maintained. We had a concierge who was very helpful getting us all checked in. If you plan ahead of time they can help you arrange day trips with vendors they use. My family and I loved it and would definitely visit again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Our unit was as listed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was beautiful weather and the balcony was a great area. Our view was spectacular. The property was well kept and all areas of the complex were very clean. I appreciated that there was a security gate to enter the property. We stayed a week and were definitely not ready to leave. Thank you to our hosts.
