Tens across the board! Anne was a lovely host with great communication. This is the best rental we have stayed at in Princeville. The cleanliness was top notch, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything you could possibly need for a fun stay. We will stay again!

Ideal location. Stunning views. The property has everything you need and was super clean and well stocked. There was so much room to spread out - 2 living areas, large lanai and large bathrooms. The 2 beaches below the property were gorgeous and secluded. Also loved being next door to 1Hotel - we went to the hotel for lunch, dinners and used the beach. We did the Napali boat tour and it was so nice already being on this side of the island. Anne was very easy to communicate with and did a tremendous job giving us tons of helpful information before our trip to help with planning. Everything went seamlessly and would definitely return!! Really was sad to leave!!

Excellent Trip

First time to Hawaii and glad we selected Kauai, Princeville and the property we were fortunate to enjoy for the week. The owner was very nice and helpful with several recommendations for beaches, food and other things to do. the property was very nice. I would certainly come back.

Paradise in Princeville

We cannot say enough to express how wonderful this place is. It was absolutely perfect for our 2nd Honeymoon to celebrate 25 years together . Laurie was so kind and responsive. The location and views are paradise. Snorkeling with sea turtles and beautiful fishes at Hideaways Beach, hiking the trails along the Napali Coast, exploring the island - everything was magical here. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We are already thinking about our return trip! Mahalo, Anne and George!

Amazing Stay in Princeville

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here! Anne and George have beautiful property. I was in awe from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we would sit on the lanai and have a show from the whales. Everything was spotless and I appreciated all of the messages from Anne. It was centrally located to everything we did on the North Shore. We cannot wait to stay with them again! Thank you Anne and George for everything!

Paradise found

A little background on me… There is no more discriminating guest than myself. I find the pea under every mattress and trust me when I say: there was precious little to find lacking at this property! I lived on Kauai for almost 20 years before my husband and I returned to live on the Mainland in 2014. This was our first trip back to our home island of Kauai… and what a return it was! Communication with Anne was easy and immediate. If you are staying at this unit and can’t find what you want, you just need to ask and it will most likely be there. Views are unparalleled. Even if you want to stay on property the entire time, you can stroll down to 3 different secluded beaches and catch rainbows and Milky Way starlit nights from your very own huge lanai! The furnishings are very tasteful indeed, and I found myself turning over cups and checking the name brands on quite a few items (I’m looking at you, Tommy Bahama bed coverings!) to do some shopping for my own home. We stayed 8 nights, and I would have happily spent 2 weeks had it been available. I can assure you, it will not be another 10 years until we return again, and I look forward to staying in this unit next time as well!

Incredible

The condo is beautiful. Location is perfect - next to 1H ( phenomenal breakfast) and taking path to Puu Poa beach - stunning and swim able. Even rented paddle boards at the beach. Sunsets from the lanai are gorgeous and on the last day we were treated to a double rainbow. Hideaways pizza next condo complex over and nourish is a short drive - fabulous healthy lunch with great lemonade. Lastly. Jan was a fantastic host - very responsive. Thank you Jan! Highly reccomend renting from her. Enjoy your vacation !

Five stars across the board!

Our family (2 adults and 2 boys, ages 8 and 5) enjoyed a delightful stay at Anne and George's beautiful property. We are seasoned VRBO users and this might be our favorite property ever. The pictures do not begin to do justice to the incredible Bali Hai views -- we enjoyed cocktails while watching the sunset every night. The condo is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could possibly want and more. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys, everything you could think of), kitchen fixings, etc. -- Anne and George have equipped the space with everything you need. The beautiful pool (which our boys often had to themselves), proximity to beaches (Hideaways was our 8-year-old's favorite!), and walking path to Princeville were icing on the cake. On top of all this, Anne was super communicative both before and during our stay. We couldn't speak more highly of her and George, and this beautiful property. The only disappointment was that we eventually had to leave! Can't wait until our return visit -- Mahalo Anne and George!

Fantastic stay, will return in the future

We had the best time with our family. The unit is perfectly situated with the best views. Check in process was a breeze and the condo was well equipped with beach toys, snorkel gear, and chairs. The kitchen was also fully stocked. Whenever we had any questions, the host and property manager were very quick to respond. We plan to return soon!

Did not want to leave!

This is my favorite rental property I’ve stayed at worldwide. So many beautiful details from the artwork to cleanliness to a very well stocked kitchen.. Oh my gosh the VIEW. Cannot beat it. Front row seat to every sunset. Hosts were easy to reach, even though I never needed them because we had no issues during our stay. We were happy to have the AC, would have been to hot and humid without it. I will 100% be back to Kauai and this property. Hideaway beach is a quick walk away but beware it is a little difficult to “hike” down to the beach. Especially if it rained, it’s muddy and slippery.

Enjoyed Every Minute!

Having stayed in the Princeville area many times, we looked forward to experiencing the Pu’u Poa condos we’d passed so often. And what a find! The location and views can’t be beat. This unit towards the right side of the property has the best views of Hā’ena as well as the ocean. The lanai is spacious and the condo layout is great, offering multiple areas to relax and enjoy the view. Anne is great host and has equipped the kitchen with everything you need to cook as well as all the beach chairs, masks/fins/snorkels, umbrellas, etc. to enjoy days out on the beach. As a fellow Vrbo host who does the same, it’s greatly appreciated. We’ll be back!

The perfect island getaway

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The host was amazing and attentive. She even texted right before arrival, and again before departure, and was available if needed. The unit was clean and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The views were breathtaking. The property was clean and in the perfect location for our stay! We will be back. We came from a wintery climate to this dreamy tropical paradise. A must try!

Perfect stay

This property is perfect in every way. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, nice linens, beach toys in excellent condition and it is sparkling clean. The view is stellar from the full moon setting in the early morning hours to the sunset over the Na Pali cliffs, it really cannot be beat. Location is great, two easy beaches you can walk to. Owners are very responsive and honestly this place is one of the best we've ever rented.

Wonderful

Loved this Condo! Location was excellent and beautiful. Mesmerizing views, watching sunsets, surfers, big waves (especially during the high surf warnings), cooking on the grill and enjoying meals on the Lanai Absolutely loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. As well as waking up to the crow of roosters, chirping birds and yes the waves! Condo was very clean upon arrival and was well stocked which minimized what we had to buy in regards to spices, toiletries etc… Communication with the owner was seamless. Would most definitely recommend this condo!

Breathtaking views in the heart of the North coast of Kauai

A spectacular setting, within minutes of a number of world-class beaches. The property lived up to the description very well, with panoramic views of the ocean and complete amenities. The hostess is a great communicator as well and is very accommodating. We strongly recommend this property for anyone looking for lodging on the North side of Kauai.
