With incredible views that reach the ocean, pool, and Kauai's famous green mountains - on all four sides, this home is a true showcase of Princeville and the North Shore. It's also an unbeatable location with both Anini and Wyllie's beach, golf, a grocery store, and restaurants within easy walking distance.

This home has been thoughtfully remodeled and offers a true rarity on the island - air conditioning on all three floors. The main living space is up on the third of those floors, maximizing the view with windows in every direction. The renovated kitchen features polished stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator), beautiful stone and natural wood countertops, and a peninsula breakfast bar with stools for three. The rest of this open living space includes a sofa facing a flatscreen TV, a dining room table, and glass doors that open to a balcony with a gas grill and a view of the mountains and pool.

You'll be able to stroll to the beach, shared pool, barbecue area, and Ping-Pong table in minutes, with a full-size washer/dryer awaiting your swimsuits when you return home. At night, you'll find the primary bedroom suite - with a balcony - on the second floor and two more bedrooms and a bathroom shared between them on the first floor. Additional amenities include TVs in two bedrooms and free WiFi throughout the house.

The house, location, and views were beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Decor was perfect, with much attention to detail. The house has a magical feeling and a perfect Kauai vibe. We absolutely loved our time here.

Perfect Place to Stay

I thank the owner for decorating this place in traditional hawaiian/surf like decor. It really enhanced our experience on the island. Princeville is a beautiful place to stay and we enjoyed every moment staying in this property. It's perfect for two kids (or one/two more) if they don't mind sleeping in the same bed. Ground floor has two bedrooms with queens, the middle floor is the master with two bathrooms (one has washer dryer which was a fantastic luxury for us) and the top floor is kitchen/living room with a spectacular view of the pacific. Not far from Anini Beach, take the walking path down through the jungle (wear something with traction to be safe) and enjoy that treasure of a beach. The condo complex has a fantastic pool with BBQ for group functions. Parking was good. The owner also stocks the home with beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear. There is a grocery store along with some nice retail/restaurants at the entry to the property and Hanalei is a quick drive. More great places to visit and dine there. From the airport, I'd say it's about 45 minutes and a little over an hour and 15 minutes to Poipu. Enjoy the stay, you won't be disappointed.

Great Location & Property

We loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay and that there was a shopping center nearby. It is close to everything you need. The third floor was perfect to get together with family every night with views of the ocean and pool. Parking is tight if you arrive late so be aware. Also, two of the bedrooms on the bottom floor so keep this in mind if you have anyone that could struggle to climb a bit All in all, we enjoyed this place a lot. Sad to leave such a beautiful island!

A lovely place to stay in princeville

Such a cozy 3 story 3 bedroom home! Perfect for our first vacation to kauai, and a comfortable place to stay as a home base for our adventures. The house was clean and decorated so cute, and was in a quiet location central to a market, coffee, shopping, and island activities. The pool was a nice amenity, and there were plenty of basics for our whole party.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, air conditioned, and very clean and comfortable. It was also steps away from the pool which was wonderful after a day of excursions. The owners answered immediately when we had any questions. Son’s pre-military deployment family celebration.

Property was very clean. However, WiFi never worked and a significant amount of lighting fixtures did not work. We notified mgmt and a technician was sent out. Technician couldn’t repair and never returned. No communication from management or technician after call out. We were very dissatisfied with the lack of support.

Great stay way up high

We saved booking our stay til the very last minute so we were actually very lucky that the Tower House was even still available for us. The house layout is unique with the living room as an overlook, and it’s a short walk to a decent beach (with a steap climb) and really easy car access to every thing else.

Your own treehouse! Expect stairs, the 3rd floor's a charm!

Home is in a community but detached from other units, which was nice and felt safer during Covid. Kids loved the (huge!) pool though water was a little chilly for the adults. Plenty of gear to take to the beach! Third floor living area is updated and the definitely the best part of the rental. A beautiful “treehouse” like place to enjoy coffee in the morning with an ocean view. Bathrooms and closets haven’t been updated beyond cosmetic updates so expect irregularities in hot water, drains, and general 80s design and functionality. This was surprising given the high quality & thoughtful upgrades on the 3rd floor kitchen/living area. Easy, quick location if planning to go in/out of Princeville or to Hanalei frequently, which we did for beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Amazing location short walking distance to Wyllie beach and Princeville shopping center. House was lovely with brand new beautiful updated kitchen with incredible Mountain and ocean views, and stunning teak counters and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of coffee cups (only two…). Bathrooms were older and could eventually use some updates but were ok for our stay. Plenty of bath, bedding and beach towels, pool/beach/sports equipment and community pool and ping pong area were great for the kids. Maintenance responded quickly for an issue with the AC unit. Only two of three bedrooms has AC, fan only in third room, and missing window treatments on some windows in the primary and second bedrooms led to us hang sheets over those windows. Kitchen garbage can needs replacing but other than these minor details, it was a great place to stay and would stay again!
