Pride of ownership exudes here. The main bedroom has a King size bed and full bathroom and the guest room side also has a king size bed and ensuite as well as a private balcony. This condo boasts an amazing lanai with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains as well as an updated kitchen and baths. The condos are not physically connected, but the front doors are right next to each other so the guests staying in the studio side can enjoy a level of privacy, but still access the main living area and kitchen. You are close to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located in the Sandpiper Condos, walking distance to stores is only 10 minutes and only 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Located across from Makai Golf Course, one of the top golf courses on the island. View of Mount Namolokama, filled with water falls. The property needs a deep clean and some maintenance work. Broken fixtures, mildew and general grime. Location on busy road made it noisy and hard to sleep.
