We knew it was a gamble, but were surprised at the maintenance it needed. 2 hours of work power washing the exterior, trimming bushes, washing windows, etc., would do a lot for the property. The interior surfaces were all clean but it shows signs of needing a deep clean. Air vents, light fixtures, exhaust & ceiling fans, all had quite a bit of build up around them. It was well stocked, but did have many things (mainly toxic cleaning supplies) that my toddlers could get into. I appreciated the bottle of Ecos laundry detergent that was available. The bathrooms were run down and small things like the toilet paper being broken were annoying and is such a simple fix. We didn’t sit out on the lanai because the outside was dirty and not very welcoming.The neighborhood was a great, family friendly place with a playground a short walk away.
