Breakfast was pitiful. Bed was so high I had trouble climbing into it. They need to provide stools to climb into them. Mattress was falling apart and was hard. Room card had to get re-done twice during our 3 night stay.

Staff was excellent, was put in a room with cosmetic issues on an area on the ceiling. On the front part of the desk chair was really warn out. Toilet missing seat tabs and the bowl was bottom seal was loose. Carpet was stained in many places, curtains could not be closed, no privacy. Tenants in the room next to us were loud, rude and obnoxious to say the least and could not sleep until 4AM had to check out by 11AM.

Carpet has spots on rug, sheets were very wrinkled, and the wash clothes and towels were thin and old. The television had a pictur, but no sound. When I called the front desk, the night auditor said there was nothing she could do about it.

The Window had a crack in it. The carpet felt damp, There was an aroma in the hallways that came into the room. The rear parking lot entrance was broken and repaired poorly numerous times.

Manager Brie and the other two Managers have made our stay for inconvenient reasons very comfortable. They looked after us as if my Daughter and me were family. At a time we needed kindness. They more than delivered! We love them! And not to forget the gentleman Manager who helped us in a big way. They are all Outstanding!!

I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your staff at the Bluefield, WV location. They are absolutely stellar in every aspect. My Daughter and I were stranded and the Managers, Brie, and the other two Ladies on staff made us feel at home all things considered. And they went farther than the "extra mile" to make sure my Daughter was well taken care of. OUTSTANDING!!!
