Quality Hotel and Conference Center2.5 out of 5.0

Decent place for under a hundred bucks. Had a continental breakfast bar that was average. Needs updated. Our room had water stains on the ceiling but was nice otherwise. The outdoor pool area looked pretty good with a nice patio area around it. I would stay here again if passing through town.
This hotel does not live up to the name "quality". The room was very musty and damp. Carpet dirty and torn. Bed was ok, but pillows small and lumpy. The tv reception was also poor. Bathrooms need to be refinished or replaced. In fact, the whole hotel could use a makeover! Unless you are desperate, do not stay here.
We stay here every year for our family reunion weekend. Usually it's tolerable, it is what it is but it seems the quality gets worse and worse every year. The hotel used to have a nice breakfast but it has even become substandard. Our room was very damp. The towels couldn't even dry out because the moisture in the room. The toilet was leaking too. My cousins room didn't have a sink that drained. Spider webs in another's room. The front desk staff was very nice and said she would report the problems to the owner. We have been coming here over 15 years for our reunion and the hotel has never been improved, just continually deteriorating... unfortunately hotel choices are limited in that area but all 6 families that stay have decided we will be looking for another place next year. I don't see it getting any better... And there is no way anyone should pay $100 a night at that hotel. Maybe $50 and that's stretching it...
Dirty carpet, outdated rooms and hallways. Cigarette smell. No elevator. Holes in the walls. This place must have been amazing in its heyday when it was a conference center, sadly those days are long past. If we hadn't driven so far, we would have gone somewhere else. We didn't even stay for the complimentary breakfast. I couldn't imagine how dirty the kitchen facilities were if the hallways and rooms were that bad. Ugh. Front desk guy was nice. Tried to talk us into a first floor room b/c of no elevator, but with a baseball tournament in town, we opted for the 2nd floor anyway. This place needs to be closed down, renovated-- anything would help.
I have stayed in several Quality Inns while traveling and this one should be closed down. This facility is extremely out dated. The bathrooms are small, the televisions volume kept going up and down, there is no elevator for handicapped individuals and there were a lot of sketchy people hanging out in front lobby, the parking lots selling things from out of trucks and in the lounge was more like a meeting place addicts. The staff was nice but it doesn't make up for the out dated hotel facilities. The ceiling in the bathrooms are extremely low and and falling in. I'm 5'3 and thought the ceilings were too low.The water was hot which was good but the long hallways and creepy hideaway entrances were scary. The carpet in the hotel is soiled , the lighting is dull and the hotel sits on top of a hill in the middle of no where. Bates Motel. Never again will we stay here ever!
Had a reservation for non smoking - found out the only rooms available were smoking. They REEKED of smoke. Horrific. The room we were assigned a number of multi legged creatures on the floor and on the bathroom walls. The common areas were ill kept - carpet had stains all through it - even in the "conference" area hallway - interior tiles were cracked. Outside, it was dark, literally - limited outdoor lighting made the parking lot hard to navigate and difficult to see. The parking lot definitely needed surface work as well. The lone staff person on duty was professional and polite. We did not spend the night.
This hotel is terrible. The guy at the front desk was very nice and and greeted us with a smile. But the quality of the room was bad. The bed was lumpy so I really didn't get a good night sleep , the pillows are small and flat ,there was a sound in the bathroom in the ceiling i was hoping for the better and the food is nasty and the dining room was hot. This hotel is over priced. It should be priced under $60. Im sorry. Please add some kid of protein for breakfast eggs but know bacon or sausage. We got on the highway hungry.
We were assigned a room in section F. Upon entering the room the first thing we saw was the bathroom door which was busted, then spiders in the bathroom, white sheers (under curtains) with large discolored water stains, walls that were dirty and cobwebs in the corners. We did not even stay the night. Would never book a room here again!!! The attendant at the service desk seemed more interested in his phone call than helping us. When I returned the pass key, I informed I should not be charged as I was there less than 2 hours and would dispute any charges. I was not charged thankfully
Stopped for one night on a road trip. Clean room and good free breakfast including eggs, sausage, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, toast, pastries and more. Walls are a bit thin and can hear a bit more than I would of liked to but overall perfect for a quick stop. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Second time leaving this review, since the first one disappeared...we checked in on 3/24/17 around 1am, this was our wedding night. Walking in to the hotel, we were greeted by a very loud crowd of people at the front door that seemed to be doing as they pleased with no concerns for people sleeping. The front desk clerk was working the door to the on site lounge, and should never have been left to do so alone. After two of the bar patrons nearly came to blows over what appeared to be nothing, about which nothing was done, no one was asked to leave nor was any warning issued to the two parties. She was finally able to check us in, which was quick and easy. Then we had to pass by another group of people crowding the hall way by the restrooms, smoking in what I assume was a no smoking area...we finally got to our rooms and they were clean, which is really all I look for in a hotel. It was late and we just wanted somewhere clean to spend the night. The hotel itself is old, but as stated, cleanliness seemed to be the priority here. The bathrooms are small, the door touches the toilet when open, but hot water pressure was great, bathroom was spotless. The bed was firmer than I like, but that's just personal preference, my husband likes a firmer bed so it was perfect for him. The pillows were abnormally small, took a while to flatten them into something that was vaguely the size of a normal pillow. The next morning, we were woken up by housekeeping shouting to each other in the hallway, ordinarily this probably wouldn't have bothered me but coupled with the chaos from the previous night, it didn't do the hotel any favors. We did not try breakfast, but I will say the dining area looked as spotless as the rest of the hotel. All in, I probably would not recommend this place to anyone traveling with a family, with the bar guests allowed to run unchecked, it is not what I consider family friendly. I'm not sure I would stay again, either, not being a bar goer, I prefer to avoid the bar atmosphere in general. It just didn't seem like any concern for guests was given outside of the ones patronizing the bar.
