Carpet dirty. Shower floor very slick had to put a towel in shower to keep from falling. Shower door had to be held closed clips holding it closed were broken. Room door very heavy hard to open ( take some pressure off of door closure) .

Continental breakfast was great each morning. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool chlorine was a little strong when entering the building, but was on 3rd floor so no big deal. Unable to open windows to circulate air, so by day 3, room felt muggy. Overall, great place to stay.

The little refrigerator had no freezer compartment - quite unhandy for freezing our ice packs. When we first put our food into it, and shut the door, it did not come on for a long time. Not sure if it ever got to a cool temp, it did run a little later, but nothing got very cold in it. Had to take our ice packs to be placed in the employee freezer at the desk, kind of a hassle. The air conditioner seemed to have no warmer or cooler adjustments, it was just set and we had to put up with it. did not like it blowing in my face every time I stepped in front of it, quite annoying. The place was clean and it smelled good, but we had a long walk from our car to the outer door, and down a long hall to our room. I don't mind walking, but carrying bags so far - not so much.
