this is an extended stay property. People live there. The room was clean, older and run down but clean. The staff was nice. The place smelled liked marijuana inside and out. People hang out front smoking. There was a woman ranting about her life and her room to the front desk saying how she has been there over a month and she wants a room of the 1st floor. Breakfast there was a pitcher of water, a waffle iron , 2 kinds of stale cereal.

We had 2 rooms, both rooms had black mold on the air conditioner vents. We went to the store and bought bleach cleaner to clean it off. Still had an allergic reaction to the mold. If both rooms were like that I can only assume every room is like that.

I should have known better than I book this hotel. It was previously a Super 8 motel in the late '90's/early 2000's. Doesn't appear anything has been renovated/updated. Our room was across the hall from the maintenance closet which is behind the front desk and adjacent to the dining area. Needless to say it was noisy during various hours of the day/night. We could hear the waffle maker beeping all morning, the staff talking to each other and people walking overhead. Will definitely pay more to stay somewhere else in the vacinity as I usually do.

The room had a strong mildew smell almost like everything was damp as well. There was an empty hotel shampoo bottle left by the door, poor miss by housekeeping. And alsooo there was SOMEONE ELSES CHINESE FOOD in our MICROWAVE, not fridge. The MICROWAVE. The odor was so horrible when we finally discovered it I got sick to my stomach.

The owners are really working hard to make improvements to this property. The check-in was quick with a friendly staff. The rooms are receiving upgrades, and the breakfast has improved from my previous stays. For the price, it is difficult to beat the deal.

The motel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the AC was noisy - but not noisy enough to drown out the sounds of other guests, including children running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night.

The property is just okay. Clean enough. They had no replacement towels for us. Every towel in the hotel was in the wash??? The shampoo and conditioner containers were impossible to get the contents out. The plastic on the bottles was so rigid that I had to use all my strength to bend the bottles around the shower shelf to get even the smallest amount out. The towels were on the cheap end. The cleaning staff used a leaf blower to sweep the hallways.
